Announcement for NFT holders. Please read this carefully.

We are migrating the DOE NFT collection on ETH to Solana. For existing holders there will be a free burn to mint phase available for 48 hrs to migrate/mint their current eth NFT to Solana.

In order to free mint your existing eth NFT to Solana you will have to burn your eth NFT. The burn function on the minting website will be available during the free burn and mint phase when it goes live.

At the end of the free burn and mint phase any NFT's that were not burned on eth side will be available to mint on solana in public mint phase. The public mint phase wont be free and there will be a minting cost to mint NFT's on solana.

Date and time when the minting goes live will shared here. Stay tuned for more updates.

UPDATE:

Still no response from Mikhael regarding the return of the stolen funds. Over the next few hours I will be reaching out to contacts to discuss next steps and will likely prepare a copy and paste template for an email that can be sent to the Latvian and Emirati authorities.

All being well I should receive personal emails for individuals within the relevant police and fraud departments.

Once ready I will need each and every one of you to send the template that will include Mikhaels personal information (Name, Date of birth, email and addresses of interest etc)

I have just been made aware that @whoislikegoat has just rugged the $SNORT chart.

I have not contacted Mihkael for weeks so his allegations are without basis and he is looking for a scapegoat. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of funds from all of us holders.

If you have lost money in this rug please contact me by DM as I am currently preparing a report to multiple law enforcement agencies in the countries he resides in. I can also share his personal details so you can open your own cases against him unless he puts this right.

The biggest DAO proposal in the projects history is now LIVE on snapshot for voting.

This proposal asks the DAO to approve our token launch on BASE.

Some key notes:

1) The launch will be stealth in order to preserve branding, gain organic traction, reduce confusion and misinformation about Kudoe/Dogs of elon and finally avoid being front run by scammers or and potentially copying the meme.

2) Current KDOE holders will be treated as “Pre-sale” buyers into the new token as this is a new launch and not directly a “relaunch”

3) KDOE holders will get 1:1 dollar value for their holdings with the new token based on snapshot date value.

Once new token has launch, claim portal will be opened for KDOE holders to claim their new tokens.

4) There will be no “team” token allocation with this launch, the current team will be responsible to manage exchange listings, initial marketing efforts, continues support for Telegram and Twitter.

5) All funds that will be pulled from liquidity will be used to put back into liquidity, exchange listings, marketing and market making. No tokens funds will be used for the team.

6) In order to be included in the snapshot, you must remove all your KDOE from centralized exchanges as they will not be supporting this launch migration.

If you do not remove your tokens from centralized exchanges, you will not be included in the snapshot and may lose your tokens.

IF the proposal is denied, the team will have real decisions to make in order to progress the project as to where it stands. As discussed in the Townhall, current status is unsustainable without revenue and income.

Hey everyone,

As we shared yesterday we are heading towards a path of relaunch, with the focus of going back to our meme routes.

We spent to years with our small team trying to grow Kudoe and we spent the bear market building through out and very proud of our progress. Now that the bear is over it’s important to adapt to the current market and be conscience of our ability as a small team to grow.

Our goal is to relaunch on either Solana or Base as a meme, and focus on two things, growing the community and having fun. The project will be community driven so anyone is welcome to build on it independently. This will open more possibilities to grow through community and fun.

Originally when we moved away from DOGS OF ELON we did it for a valid reason, elon hasn’t been funny and it relied on one person to drive the narrative and meme, elon tokens have been preforming underwhelming compared to other memes. Small update here 🫡

We are working on a major DAO proposal that will reshape the project as a whole and will require input from all our holders for the outcome to be effective in this market.

The team has worked very hard for two years given our limited time and resources and we have been working really hard to address this in order for our community to grow and for the token to have a momentum in this bull cycle.

We are ready to make significant changes to the project but for them to work it will require all our holders to become activated and rejuvenate the community in the upcoming couple weeks.

These changes are not something we have taken lightly and as mentioned will significantly impact the project trajectory.

Which allows for the $KDOE ETH liquidity to remain unlocked until April 12th pending further discussion of the projects direction and to align with the unlocking schedule of BSC Liquidity the team thought it wise to move the unlocked liquidity tokens from the UNCX locker contract wherein it could be withdrawn by a single wallet and instead move the UNI-V2 tokens to the KDOE multisig liquidity wallet as set out in our docs for safe keeping.

This means the liquidity will be safeguarded by 3 signatures until the time comes to relock the UNI-V2 tokens with a locker provider if no other alternative is found.
