To Teachers, Seniors, and Mentors

It is your responsibility to guide students and juniors with positivity and a constructive mindset. Please avoid spreading misinformation, false information, or rumors. These young individuals are working tirelessly to achieve their dreams—not only for themselves but also for their families.

Your actions and words have a significant impact on their growth. Acting irresponsibly, driven by selfish motives or ego, can damage their decision-making skills, hinder their ability to think freely, limit their broad-mindedness, and take away the joy of learning. In extreme cases, it may even lead them to avoid you or this academy altogether.

It is your duty to inspire and nurture them. Train them to learn from everyone and to embrace knowledge from diverse sources. Help them build resilience, curiosity, and an open mind that will serve them throughout their lives.

As mentors, let us encourage and support students with the right mindset. The journey of preparing for competitive exams is already a challenging path. Let us make it more meaningful, supportive, and fulfilling for them.

As an elder brother to all of you, I urge you to spread positivity, instill good values, and guide students responsibly. Let us be their strength as they navigate this difficult journey.Students’ energy and potential are not accountable—it is limitless. With the right guidance and mindset,
they can accomplish anything they aspire to.

Happy Good Governance Day
Happy Christmas

Palani Murugan

October 17 - International day of eradication of poverty:

The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty is held annually on 17 October. It aims to promote understanding and dialogue between people living in poverty and wider society. The Day provides an opportunity to acknowledge the effort and struggle of people living in poverty, a chance for them to make their concerns heard, and a moment to recognize that poor people are the first ones to fight against poverty.

Through resolution 47/196, adopted on 22 December 1992, the UN General Assembly (UNGA) declared 17 October as the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, and invited all Member States to devote the Day to presenting and promoting, as appropriate in the national context, concrete activities with regard to the eradication of poverty and destitution. The Day underscores poverty as a multidimensional phenomenon that includes both a lack of income and a lack of basic capabilities to live in dignity, including unsafe housing, lack of nutritious food, limited access to healthcare, dangerous work conditions, unequal access to justice, and lack of political power.
