Responsibilities: Automation and Pipeline Development - Design, build, and maintain robust automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines specifically for AWS serverless environments. Lambda Function Management - Optimize, manage, and scale over 600+ Lambda functions, ensuring high availability, performance, and efficient resource utilization. AWS Services Configuration - Manage and configure essential AWS services including IAM, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3, RDS, RDS Proxy, Secrets Manager, KMS, and CloudWatch. Infrastructure as Code - Leverage AWS CDK to implement infrastructure as code practices and automate workflows using GitHub Actions. Coding Expertise - Write efficient and maintainable code primarily in TypeScript; proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages is highly desirable. DynamoDB Management - Implement and maintain DynamoDB databases to support serverless applications effectively. Security and Performance Assurance - Ensure the security, scalability, and optimal performance of the serverless architecture across all deployments. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation processes and streamline deployment strategies. Requirements: Extensive AWS Experience: Deep knowledge of AWS services with a strong focus on Lambda functions, IAM, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3, RDS, RDS Proxy, Secrets Management, KMS, and CloudWatch. CI/CD Automation Proficiency: Proven experience in automating CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and AWS CDK in serverless environments. Advanced Coding Skills: Expertise in coding with TypeScript; experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus. Serverless Technologies Familiarity: Strong understanding of DynamoDB and other AWS serverless technologies.
