Project Manager
Specialized in EPCC Pipe Line Construction and Tie In with Minimum Experiences 3 Years .
Following are the Responsibilities :
- Studies project conceptual, basic and detailed design, end user requirements, performance standards, then determines project specifications. Presents cost estimates and performance standards. Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance.
- Reviews contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents; as well as final requirement documentation to subcontractors and document controllers
- Advises on mechanical and rotating equipment problems and activities regarding existing and proposed facilities and equipment. Participates as a member of special or ad hoc committees, to study various technical problems/facilities, such as HAZOP Study groups as necessary, amongst others, or as an individual contributor, provides expert technical advice as and when requested
- To supervise the work of project management consultant’s specialists and ensures that quality and standards are maintained and cost effective solutions are adopted. Participate in review / audit of Contractor’s construction work. Timely witness the execution of Projects activities from zero level to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and handing over.
- Supervision on all Construction & Commissioning activities such as CPF, FPF &Pipelines, Flow lines and well hook-up, Launcher& Receiver stations, metering skids, booster& export pumps, heating systems, separation systems Gas compressors, Tanks, in service pigging operations. Tie-in’s and Hot-tapping operations.
