（阿姆斯特丹1日讯）全球最大半导体设备商阿斯麦（ASML），近期遭股东发起集体诉讼，指控阿斯麦没有公开供应链的真实状况，以及半导体产业的景气，营造客户需求良好的假象，导致股价下跌，使得投资人蒙受损失。

回顾阿斯麦2024年股价，上半年随着AI热潮涨幅高达48%，7月更一度飙破1000欧元（约4643令吉）关卡，但下半年就开始熄火，股价几乎每况愈下，尤其下半年重挫超过3成，回吐上半年的涨幅。

综合《GuruFocus》等外媒报道，股东指控阿斯麦未如实揭露供应商的真实情况有多糟糕，也并未强调半导体市场复苏步伐缓慢，并质疑阿斯麦营造利多假象，却将大局的经济波动，以及半导体技术等出口限制变严格后，可能扩大的风险等不利因素排除在人们视线之外。

不满的股东认为，阿斯麦发布误导性声明，且未能披露有关半导体行业困境的关键资讯，让投资人误以为公司已经掌握良好的客户需求，进而造成投资人出现损失，因此提出集体诉讼。

阿斯麦股东委托知名证券律师事务所The Gross Law Firm发起集体诉讼，呼吁从2024年1月24日至2024年10月15日投资阿斯麦、损失超过10万美元（约44.7万令吉）的股民，都应该挺身而出参加诉讼。该团队并未公开目前已掌握多少投资人打算提告。截至目前为止，阿斯麦也没有针对此事发表看法。

事实上，去年阿斯麦就曾遭好莱坞市消防员养老基金为首的股东发起集体诉讼，批评阿斯麦及其高管对于全球半导体业面对的问题到底多严重、复苏程度、预期的成长，以及客户需求的真相，全都误导投资人。

只不过在去年11月底，阿斯麦重申长期营运乐观，预期到2030年营收约落在440亿欧元至600亿欧元，毛利率约为56%至60%，其中财测高标600亿欧元是今年300亿的1倍。
