我們在販售公益抽獎券的過程當中，有發現兩起獎券號碼重複以及一起號碼印刷不清的情形（請詳閱附圖）。為維護各位參加者公平抽獎的權益，在閉幕式抽獎時，若發現有多位參加者持有與中獎號碼相同號碼的抽獎券：

1. 我們會先行核對抽獎券以確保沒有印刷不清的問題。

2. 若確認多位中獎者皆有相同號碼的抽獎券，我們會使用電腦系統的隨機程序，從中選出一位得主，作為正式的得獎者。

❗️Please read the following text carefully. This is relate to the rights of participants.❗️
During the selling of charity raffle tickets, we found that there are two tickets having the same serial number, which happened twice, and we also found that there is one ticket which doesn’t have a clear print on the number (see the attached photos). To maintain the fairness of the lottery process, during the closing ceremony charity raffle, we will apply following measures when there are multiple tickets sharing the same serial number:

1. We make sure the printed number on the tickets can be clearly identified.

2. If there are still multiple ticket owners sharing the same number, we will run the random drawing program to pick the only winner.
