SERVOTECH POWER SYSTEMS: Servotech collaborates with UK-based Ensmart Power to Expand EV Charger Business in the UK and Beyond

Company has signed a sole distribution agreement to expand their EV charger distribution network across the UK and beyond, including North America.

This agreement will capitalize on the rapid growth of electric vehicle adoption in these regions. By combining Servotech's innovative EV charging
solutions with Ensmart Power's expertise in energy storage and distribution, the partnership aims to provide a reliable and accessible charging infrastructure for consumers.

The collaboration will drive the development of green mobility alternatives, contributing to a carbon-neutral transportation ecosystem and setting new standards in efficiency, reliability, and environmental responsibility.

Bajaj Brazil commissioned its own manufacturing facility at Manaus Free Trade Zone, with annual capacity of 20,000 units on a single shift basis. Bajaj Brazil currently sells motorcycles under the ‘Dominar’ brand.

BAJAJ AUTO: Company approved the additional investment in the equity share capital of Bajaj Brazil, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company of up to USD 10 million (equivalent to Rs. 84 crores at an assumed exchange rate of 1 USD = Rs. 84) in a phased manner.

CAPITAL INDIA FINANCE: Company approved the sale of its entire stake in housing finance subsidiary Capital India Home Loans Limited (“CIHL”) to Weaver Services Private Limited, which is backed by prominent investors.

Valued at INR 267 Crore for 100.00% equity of CIHL, this transaction is part of CIFL’s strategic re-alignment to focus on its core businesses and grow them further. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

CIFL is an MSME focused NBFC, spread across 49 cities in India, offering customized financial solutions which include Lending business and Forex services. CIFL has reported a revenue growth rate of 27.70% CAGR over the
last 3-years period.
