Howdy, quick cyberbegging announcement.

You may have noticed that search.0t.rocks' record count hasn't increased recently. Partially because of my laziness in not converting data but primarily due to maxing out of the hardware I have available to me.

Right now we're rocking 4x DL380P G8s with a total of 2.2TB of RAM, but the database has managed to eat up all the memory and no matter how many optimizations I do it keeps running out on import. Ideally I want to migrate to a 16 node C7000 BladeSystem with ~4TB RAM and expandability up to 8TB in the future.

That being said, we are opening a fundraising campaign to acquire new hardware, and the cost is estimated at $6,000. This can be done either through donations or an advertising partnership (i.e a prominent advertisement on homepage until you have been repaid). If you are interested, send an email to [email protected] from your organization's domain with DKIM signing.

If anyone simply wants to donate to the cause, BTC donations are appreciated at bc1qjwgeuvjpw5cllrceh7wzu7fvcxmce23a2j4dd0 <3. All funds always go towards improving the website and never my pocket.

Cheers and happy late Thanksgiving 💸

I’m shutting down the website.

It’s been becoming more and more clear to me that the website is being used as a port of illegitimate business and crime rather than an effective Open-Source Intelligence tool.

I have heard many amazing stories while running the search site. My favorite comes from a user who got their non-paying roommate evicted by exposing their fake name (signed on a lease) and fraudulent internship by searching through records on search.illicit.services.

It’s dramatically improved lives for some people, however it’s been possibly detrimental to others. Illicit quickly grew popular in the Doxxing and sim-swapping community, and in retrospect, with the name “illicit services”, no wonder. I stood by the name for a while because it was funny, and it was known worldwide. I stood with it for too long. While I understand the desire to make a quick buck resonates with some, I don’t support these acts. They’re immoral and wrong.

The thing that finally tipped me off was a credits deposit from the email “simswapped@[redacted]”, which led me to think: “am I really someone who takes money from or supports people like this?” No.

So… If you had a significant amount of unused credits left, shoot me a PM with your wallet ID. I’ll refund you the best I can.

From here on:
- All access logs will be deleted after sending this message. I never have had any interest in what you searched for, it will not be sold, no matter who asks.
- The original data sets and converted data will be kept in cold storage and inaccessible to the public. If you are a legitimate business or part of the Intelligence Community (Allied with the United States) and need this data, shoot me a message at [email protected]. While I won’t share aggregated leaks shared to me in confidence (BreachForums CDN, naz.api), everything else is fair game.
- Export downloads will be available for 5 more days, after which they may be deleted
- I will move on to other big data projects, I have plans, but no promises.

Love you all, have a good night. And be nice to each other, please (:

We’re open-sourcing our search app! 💿

Many people have asked if they can host their own version of the https://search.0t.rocks. Reasons typically include hiding essential elements of information in an investigation and importing of their own datasets.

🖥 This repository contains an example Docker setup to host both the database and search app. However, if you wish to index billions of records, the recommended configuration is distributed on multiple servers.

🔍If you create your own free search site using this code, shoot me a PM and I’ll link to you on the main site. The code is released for free under Apache 2.0, meaning it’s completely open to commercial use, however I kindly request that you link to the original if you make a public-facing site.

If you like it, give it a star ⭐️

We’ve got our domain back! Yay! Never making that mistake again. 👤

Everything will now be moving to https://0t.rocks, this was already planned to get away from the shady naming of “Illicit Services” (this site started as a joke, could you believe that?). For most people that means you’ll want to visit https://search.0t.rocks from now on.

For those that had export credits, you can restore your credits by:
- Visiting https://search.illicit.services/exports
- Clicking the wallet button in the top right
- Copying the long string of characters in the text field
- Storing this string somewhere safe
- Pasting it into the same field on https://search.0t.rocks/exports and hitting enter (you must hit enter to save)
- Refreshing the page

All requests except those needed to recover your wallet ID will be redirected to the new domain. API users will have 7 days from now (Noon EST, July 3rd 2023) to switch to the new domain until their requests will no longer work.

To a new name :3

Good morning.

The site will face extended downtime due to registrar issues. Essentially: Njalla shit the bed. I recently switched to them after receiving multiple frivolous DMCA takedowns, now about a week after transferring the site to them Njalla updated the nameservers to their own and their front end is so broken I can’t change them back.

In the meantime, a mirror of the site is available here: https://search.0t.rocks

Happy searching 🙂

Site's back up.

Reason for downtime: Server updates overloaded the 15GB LTE connection uplink which connects the backend to the outside world. Additionally, when the reverse SSH tunnel that connects the internal reverse proxy to the internet reverse proxy reconnected, it kept interactively prompting for a password.

Yes. We actually run everything over SSH-over-LTE. Lessons have been learned. Thanks for your patience ❤️

Pool's open! 🤩

We've got some questions about how the map feature works. For those in the US, it can be a rather powerful tool when you need to find information about people living in a certain area. We've just re-written the map tool to work with CesiumJS, so it's easier to use, and 3D :)

Here's a quick demo, all you need to do is click somewhere in the US. We've also added integration with various ArcGIS parcel MapServers throughout the US, so you can get the most up to date property ownership data directly from tax assessors (the list of which will continue to grow.)

Hola, I don't normally do this, but, a mobile unlock site recently scammed my mom and that's no good.

So I'm offering a bounty:
- $250 to the first person who can leak the database of mobileunlocked.com.
- $250 to the first person who can deface their website.
- $250 to the first person who accesses their payment processing platform and returns the last month's worth of unlock processing fees.

First person to do any of these will get a God rank on Exposed.vc

You can claim all $750 if you complete all the tasks. Good luck, and PM @miyakoyako on completion with proof.

🥳 New Updates

We've added two major updates today:
- The ability to export more than 100 records with credits. Each credit is worth 1¢, each credit will buy 10 records so: $1 = 1,000 records and $100 = 100,000 records. You can refill your wallet by clicking in the top-right corner. (Of course, regular search will always be free)
- True Wildcard search. You can now search using * and ? wildcards, where * will be any character for any amount of space and ? will be a wildcard for one character. Wildcard search works best when mixed with full-text search, see examples.

Export Examples:
- Leads for reddit.com: https://search.illicit.services/exports?url=https://search.illicit.services/records?emails=reddit.com
- Logs for https://ifunny.co: https://search.illicit.services/exports?url=https://search.illicit.services/records?domain=ifunny.co

Wildcard Examples:
- Email Full Wildcard: https://search.illicit.services/records?emails=larryt*tos
- Email Character Wildcard: https://search.illicit.services/records?emails=larry?s?nt??
- Email Full Wildcard and Zip Code Character Wildcard: https://search.illicit.services/records?emails=larry.sant*&zipCode=77???

🪵 It's finally time... We're adding logs :)

Last night we added 1,146,879,382 recent logs to https://search.illicit.services thanks to a very generous data donation (which requested attribution to https://t.me/+rhncZfitTF03OGY8). With this we've also added a new field: domains. Domain search let you find logins for the specified website.

Examples:
- https://search.illicit.services/records?domain=reddit.com
- https://search.illicit.services/[email protected]&exact=true

Till next time... Come hang out in the chat room :0 @illsvcchat

🥳 Anotha one

We've added:

- The OG Users July 2022 breach. Credit to @deagan for supplying the data and decoding the IPs.
- The ability to search by leak source.

Putting them together: https://search.illicit.services/records?source=OGU

Till next time (:

💃 Update Time

We've added 534,875,229 Geo-IP records, with another half-billion on the way. This allows for re-associating dynamic IPs with their owners, plotting significant locations for large quantities of records, and corporate intelligence 🤪

We've added 5 new fields into the database:
- asn
- asnOrg
- country
- continent
- accuracy_radius (not searchable, but will show up on supported records)

The current goal for the next update is to plot all spatial results on a map to better use the aforementioned data, of course, suggestions are always appreciated in @illsvcchat or in DMs @miyakoyako.

Examples:
ASN Number: https://search.illicit.services/records?asn=53320
ASN Organization: https://search.illicit.services/records?asnOrg=China%20Telecom
Country: https://search.illicit.services/records?country=China
Continent: https://search.illicit.services/records?continent=Asia

Two quick announcements:

🎮 We've added Minecraft resolver data. You can now search Minecraft usernames by username, UUID (in the username field), or IP address. Currently there's 86 million Minecraft related records indexed with more in the coming days.

🖇 By popular demand, IP Address search has been implemented. Note that IP addresses are often dynamic and may return incorrect results. Always validate information any information you find. This change also requires a re-index of the data already in the database so it will slowly be populated for existing records.

Examples:

IP Search: https://search.illicit.services/records?ips=89.205.86.243
Username Search: https://search.illicit.services/records?usernames=Chaton_Noir&exact=true
UUID Search: https://search.illicit.services/records?usernames=9a0c9b65-3e54-4076-bdb8-320997c09bc1&exact=true
