Short term crypto

If the economic issue doesn't mature as soon as Trump steps into office

And he doesn't make radical decisions in his first day

BTC will stay calm and an alt-coin season will come

Some major altcoins will have to follow the momentum that BTC or at least Ethereum went in "upwards"

When this happens I will sell everything in profit and become 100% cash out of crypto

And will focus on generating monthly and quarterly cashflow in 2025

Cashflow will be the title of my year in 2025

So ask yourself in terms of a financial plan

Do you want more cashflow which you could later on invest? Or do you only want to invest and forget?

Crypto update short term and 2025

The BTC rally was caused by investor's demand

Not by real on the ground demand

Look around you, who around you is using BTC or the block chain on a day to day basis?

Maybe your weird 15 year old cousin

But he's really buying meme coins and you should tell his mom that she's raising a gambling degenerate

So there is something going around the world that is worth 2 Trillion $, that nearly no one is using "yet"?

As a value investor

I see a fugazzi till now( bubble )

Not that the tech is bad, the tech is groundbreaking and life changing

But we haven't gotten into real implementation yet..

So do I believe that BTC could go to $13,000

I really do!

With the economic and political show waiting for us in 2025 and debt ceiling issue etc..

Nothing could stop Black Rock investors ( not black rock itself but their ETF investors ) to pull out their 10x profits off a market that hasn't matured yet

These investors already now made 10x

2025 is the year where the US will be dealing with its' Debt

It is expected that the debt ceiling will be hit very soon in mid January

What does this mean?

Imagine if you have any credit card debts or car loan or house loan or whatever loan

Now imagine the US has debts of 31.4 trillion $ all in treasure bills, bonds etc

And 2025 is the year they deal with it

They will have to cut spending and figure all this out and make very hard decisions

It Will lead to a major political showdown and Congress will have to agree on something

Also will be the economic comedy show

Friendly reminder that everything that goes up will go down

Strategy for time being :

1. If you're already long, update your stops to 5% below market prices at all times.

I am assuming that there will be a large temporary flush out soon. Too many longs in queue.

2. Put buy orders 25% even 50% below current price for mid cap alts like RUNE, ROSE, FTM, STRK etc. I guess they would be a good catch.

3. My hands hurt me now for how much I have been pressing the sell button ; gradually bank some profits for previous investments

Will send a forex update and BTC general update with emphasis on GOLD and OIL

BTC update

So we are ranging in a channel, see the orange dots, it hit this resistance 4 times and could not break out, everytime it hit the upper channel it went to rest at the lower channel ( blue dots )

So now it hit for the 5th time

So you can short BTC at around entry area $62,920 - $63,840

Targetting $55,000

What will happen after it reaches 55k?

If it closes below the lower channel and doesn't bounce up , next target would be $42,000 and bye bye

If it bounces up from $55,000 and closes above the upper channel ; Bitcoin would reach $80,000

It is an "either-or" situation always

Crypto market update

No charts, just highlighting a point that revolves around common sense

We saw a dump in crypto, most altcoins went down 15% up to 20%

In the meantime, we are seeing big banks like blackrock filing for more control on the ethereum ETFs

SEC chairman just announced that the approval of the ETH ETF is going smoothly

So ask

Is this dump on altcoins a scare off just to flush people out of the market, make them panic sell so that these whales could buy lower because they know something big is coming ( the altcoin run ) ?

Right now I have 18% of my capital invested in crypto

By end of this week if I see more downside, possibly I will add to 25% even 30%

As these whales are entering the markets you have to think differently, stay skeptical always

Which coins to buy?

I will speak from a technical analysis point of view

Draw the Fibs form Top to Bottom. The ones that have already tested the 0.618 Fib (or even 0.786) level will definitely make a new ATH (strong coins).
Examples: NEAR - AR - METIS - AVAX

The ones that are still between 0.382-0.236 likely won’t make it above their 2021 highs (weak coins).
Examples: DOT - AXS -FIL -ADA

This way you will know what to buy and what not to buy

Any coin thag already crossed or tested all time high, do not buy it now.. like ROSE

May 24 starts the ETHEREUM ETF hype

The same ETF for Bitcoin brought bitcoin from $28,000 to $70,000

If one of the ETH ETFs gets approved

There will be a mini altcoin season

So check out all the solid crypto projects like NEAR and LINK

If BTC went to all time high, ETH went to all time high

And while BTC is at 60k these coins are still at the same price as when BTC was 28k

So now we know where these coins should be

Let's imagine a scenario for the stock market

Suppose SP500 and NASDAQ where at all time highs

And stocks like APPLE and TESLA still traded at their lows

Any trader in his right mind would jump on these stocks because he knows that they should follow through wand go with SP500

Same with GOLD

If GOLD trades at its all time high

And silver was cheap

Everyone knows that silver follows gold

Same here in crypto

Btc and eth and some other altcoins went to their all time highs

Coins like NEAR and ALGO are still cheap

So they need to follow through and test their all time highs sooner or later

Federal Reserve pauses interest rate hikes, remains at 5.25% - 5.50%

Reminder

Feds cannot raise the rates too much like they did in 1970s ( rate was 13% )

Because debt to GDP ratio now is 125%

So it is more of a balance of trade issue

Solution?

Weaker dollar and more factories coming back to the USA to increase exports
