So we are ranging in a channel, see the orange dots, it hit this resistance 4 times and could not break out, everytime it hit the upper channel it went to rest at the lower channel ( blue dots )

So now it hit for the 5th time

So you can short BTC at around entry area $62,920 - $63,840

Targetting $55,000

What will happen after it reaches 55k?

If it closes below the lower channel and doesn't bounce up , next target would be $42,000 and bye bye

If it bounces up from $55,000 and closes above the upper channel ; Bitcoin would reach $80,000

It is an "either-or" situation always

Buy MATIC at market price ( $0.54 )

Target 40-60% in 2 months.

Do not long with leverage, as a large liquidation wick to 0.45 levels is probably expected. Exchanges generally do that to hit stops.

Crypto market update

No charts, just highlighting a point that revolves around common sense

We saw a dump in crypto, most altcoins went down 15% up to 20%

In the meantime, we are seeing big banks like blackrock filing for more control on the ethereum ETFs

SEC chairman just announced that the approval of the ETH ETF is going smoothly

So ask

Is this dump on altcoins a scare off just to flush people out of the market, make them panic sell so that these whales could buy lower because they know something big is coming ( the altcoin run ) ?

Right now I have 18% of my capital invested in crypto

By end of this week if I see more downside, possibly I will add to 25% even 30%

As these whales are entering the markets you have to think differently, stay skeptical always

Which coins to buy?

I will speak from a technical analysis point of view

Draw the Fibs form Top to Bottom. The ones that have already tested the 0.618 Fib (or even 0.786) level will definitely make a new ATH (strong coins).
Examples: NEAR - AR - METIS - AVAX

The ones that are still between 0.382-0.236 likely won’t make it above their 2021 highs (weak coins).
Examples: DOT - AXS -FIL -ADA

This way you will know what to buy and what not to buy

Any coin thag already crossed or tested all time high, do not buy it now.. like ROSE

May 24 starts the ETHEREUM ETF hype

The same ETF for Bitcoin brought bitcoin from $28,000 to $70,000

If one of the ETH ETFs gets approved

There will be a mini altcoin season

So check out all the solid crypto projects like NEAR and LINK

If BTC went to all time high, ETH went to all time high

And while BTC is at 60k these coins are still at the same price as when BTC was 28k

So now we know where these coins should be

Let's imagine a scenario for the stock market

Suppose SP500 and NASDAQ where at all time highs

And stocks like APPLE and TESLA still traded at their lows

Any trader in his right mind would jump on these stocks because he knows that they should follow through wand go with SP500

Same with GOLD

If GOLD trades at its all time high

And silver was cheap

Everyone knows that silver follows gold

Same here in crypto

Btc and eth and some other altcoins went to their all time highs

Coins like NEAR and ALGO are still cheap

So they need to follow through and test their all time highs sooner or later
