*Key Responsibilities:*
Design and execute learning & development programs.
Develop SOPs, policies, and structured workflows.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth collaboration.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
Identify and implement new learning initiatives.
Adapt to new processes and drive continuous improvement.
*Key Skills:*
Strong Excel proficiency (data analysis & reporting).
Experience in L&D, talent management, and process design.
Effective stakeholder management & communication.
Ability to multi-task & execute multiple projects efficiently.
