We’ve been on a continuous journey to improve your driving experience and provide you with stable and sustainable earnings. Through your feedback, we know that many drivers prefer greater flexibility on when to drive and the freedom to choose trips to complete. 

That is why from 14 Aug 2023, you can expect updates on daily incentives (points scheme trial for all drivers), as well as adjustments on Monthly Loyalty Rewards and far pickup incentives. 

Additionally, performance requirements will be waived in Aug 2023 for the following:

🔹 Monthly Loyalty Rewards: You only need to hit 500 trips in Aug to enjoy the existing Monthly Loyalty Rewards.
🔹 GoalBetter tier qualification/requalification: Only your (1) Trip count and (2) Rating for the past 3 consecutive months will be considered as part of the qualification or requalification criteria.
