اوضحلكم شغلة تخص الاختبارات وهي :
الشرح الي نزلته اعتقذ جاي تشوفون نفس شرح دكتور سعد اني متابعة وية الدكتور باليومي وكل هذا تأشيرة سواء ذكرة الكم باليومي او لا بس هذا شرحه وتأشيرة لاتقرون فقط الي يحجي الدكتور لان يجيب الدكتور اسئلة متنوعه انتُ اقروا كلشي النقطة لا تتركوها

the rating process:- is making judgements about people is a comnon feature of every day life .
- Two types if judgement :- 🎀 التقييم نوعين
1- informall :-
A - in comnents called for or not .
B - offering criticism and feedback informally to friends and colleagues about their behaviour .

2- Formal
A- people pass their driving test
B- survival the probationary period in a new job
C- get promotions at work
D- succeed at interviews
E- win Oscars for performance in a film
F- win medals in driving competitions
G- someone who is released from prison for good behaviour.

🎀 RATERS :- Raters refer to those people who make the judgements.

🎀 How can we make a fair assessment?
1- the establishment of rating protocols .
2- exploring differences between individual raters .
3- understanding interactions between raters and ither features of the rating process .

🎀Establishing a rating procedure

🎀 What are the methods that have three aspects of the rating procedure?
1- agreement about the conditions .
2- to make allicating .
3- certain features of the perfirmance are agreed to be critical .

🎀The problem with raters

🎀 Why is the rating process necessary and problematic?
- because ratings are necessarily and subjective .
🎀 What if the rating process is objective will it be ?
A - clear and explicit
B - rater is trained
