the rating process:- is making judgements about people is a comnon feature of every day life .

1- informall :-
A - in comnents called for or not .
B - offering criticism and feedback informally to friends and colleagues about their behaviour .

2- Formal
A- people pass their driving test
B- survival the probationary period in a new job
C- get promotions at work
D- succeed at interviews
E- win Oscars for performance in a film
F- win medals in driving competitions
G- someone who is released from prison for good behaviour.
