Important Update Regarding Dappad's Security Incident

Dear Finceptor Community,

We would like to address the recent update shared by Dappad, one of our valued portfolio companies. They have experienced a security breach involving the compromise of a developer’s wallet by a well-known hacker group. While this is an unfortunate and challenging situation, we want to assure you that Dappad has taken immediate and decisive steps to address the issue and safeguard user interests.

Key Points:
- Snapshot Taken: Dappad has confirmed that a snapshot was taken on December 4, 2024, at 18:15 CET, prior to the incident. All accounts and staking durations will remain unaffected.
- Token Relaunch: Dappad will deploy a new smart contract on December 7, 2024. Users do not need to take any action as the migration will be handled seamlessly.
- Vested Tokens: If you haven't claimed your tokens, they will be directly airdropped to your wallet.
- Improved Security: Dappad is engaging a more robust auditing firm and conducting additional audits post-relaunch to reinforce trust and transparency.
- No User Action Required: For our community members participating in Dappad, there is no need for you to take any action during this process.

We deeply value our partnership with Dappad and are confident in their measures to ensure the security of their ecosystem moving forward. Finceptor will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed.
