🚨We draw your attention to the fact that all foreign citizens are SUBJECT to mandatory fingerprinting, photographing and MUST undergo a medical examination.
1⃣Fingerprinting (fingerprint taking):
- All foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation for a period of more than 90 days are obliged to undergo fingerprinting registration once.
- The procedure is carried out at the territorial division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the place of registration.
- For fingerprinting, you need to provide a medical certificate, passport, migration card, registration and other documents.

2⃣Medical examination:
- Foreign students within 90 days from the moment of entry into the Russian Federation are obliged to undergo a full medical examination.
- It is necessary to undergo tests, undergo a medical examination by doctors and a check for the presence of socially dangerous diseases.
- For the medical examination, you need a passport, migration card, registration and copies of these documents.
- The validity of the medical certificate is 12 months, after which a re-examination is required.
❗️Citizens of the CIS countries with a Temporary Residence Permit and Permanent Residence Permit are exempt from the fingerprinting procedure.
🔴It is important to comply with the deadlines for these procedures. Foreign citizens who have not completed these procedures within the timeframes established by law will have their stay in the Russian Federation shortened, and a decision may also be made to prohibit entry into the Russian Federation.
