HQ Central Command is organizing a *SPARSH Awareness and Problem Resolution Seminar* at *Surya Auditorium* Lucknow Cantt on *19 Oct 24* wef 0930hrs to 1830hrs.
All pension and documents related anomalies will be resolved in the seminar.
All Ex-servicemen community members including Veterans, VeerNaris, Widows and Dependents are requested to attend at their convenience and get the Problems resolved immediately.
A Team of DPCC, Prayagraj composed of Lt Col Ranjan Officer Incharge, one JCO and four dealing clerks would be in *Surya Auditorium wef 1000hrs to 1830hrs* to resolve the issue related to SPARSH or any other issues of PCDA Pension.

IMPORTANT MSG- FOR PENSIONERS WHO ARE NOT YET MIGRATED TO SPARSH - REVISION OF PENSION (OROP - 3).
1. Jai Hind.
2. I have been getting Calls from a Few Pensioners of All Ranks that they are still being Paid their Pension by the Banks (Not Migrated to SPARSH).
3. On Requesting the Banks, to Revise their Pension for OROP - 3 and to Pay the Arrears, they are showing their inability, Saying No Instructions have been Received by them from PCDA Pensions Prayagraj.
4. Dear Veterans, PCDA Pensions Prayagraj (BY EMAIL) vide their Circular No 677 dated 06 Sep 24 have already issued the Instructions to CMDs all Public Sector Banks as well as Managers, CPPCs. Kindly Read
Para - 9 of the Circular, Clearly Reads - PDAs are hereby Authorised to Revise the Pension. Copy of the Circular along with Govt of India MoD DESW letter is posted below.
5. In case the Banks have not received the above Circular, please hand them over the same along with the Govt of India letter under which the Tables have been Issued.
6. Kindly forward this Message alongwith Circular No 677 and Govt of India letter (Tables for OROP - 3) in all your Course/ Regimental & Station Veterans Groups so that it Reaches to All the Affected Pensioners.

Type: www. Jeevanpramaan.gov.in.
Click on Download Life Certificate by Generating OTP. It will take you to Pensioner Sign In. It has box for entering Jeevan Pramaan ID: Enter the ID you noted down. Click on Captcha. It will give you a receipt.
J. Your Life Certificate will be sent to SPARSH (for those migrated to SPARSH) within 24 hrs. Login next day to SPARSH portal. Go to the Life Certificate. SPARSH will show that you have submitted a Life Certificate with the date you submitted and also will intimate you when is your Next Due Date of Submission of Life Certificate.
K. You will receive an ack of Life Certificate from Jeevan Pramaan. But not yet in SPARSH. Please wait for 24 hrs, Later, download & take a print if you wish.
Save it !! Go ahead.
