*Job Summary:*
The Administrative Officer will oversee and manage all administrative functions across the company’s locations, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations. This includes supervising security, transport, and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of administration, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Supervise security operations to safeguard company assets and employees across all locations.
• Manage the company’s transport system, ensuring efficient use and maintenance of vehicles.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functionality in all offices.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of support staff, including cleaners, drivers, and security personnel.
• Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure all company facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Prepare and submit reports on administrative operations to senior management.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of logistics and facilities management is an advantage.
