💁‍♀️ Puoi cercare innanzitutto di risolverle in autonomia, verificando sull'attestazione ISEE quali sono le dichiarazioni mancanti e procedendo con la sottoscrizione di una nuova DSU. Se il nuovo ISEE sarà regolare, puoi caricarlo direttamente nella sezione Dati Economici entro il 31 dicembre.

🙆🏻‍♀️ Se non riesci a risolvere le omissioni in autonomia, non preoccuparti. Riceverai una comunicazione sul tuo Dossier Utente in cui ti verrà indicato esattamente quali documenti presentare per sanare la tua posizione ✅

🇬🇧 The deadline for ER.GO benefits is over and you can no longer apply for them for the academic year 2024/2025, but you can still apply for university fees reduction or exemption.

✅ Submit to ER.GO the complete documentation stating your family’s income and assets and fill out the forms once you log into the reserved area How to apply

❗️Mind your University’s deadline! If you don’t meet them, you’re going to pay the maximum amount of fees.

📝 Once you submit your application, wait for updates on the fee amount on your University website reserved area. Keep an eye on your Dossier Utente for any communications about the outcome of economic documentation checks.

❗️Se non sei convocato entro il 30 settembre, riceverai una comunicazione sul tuo Dossier Utente in cui ti viene richiesto di esprimere il tuo interesse a rimanere in graduatoria per essere eventualmente convocato in seguito. La mancata risposta equivale alla rinuncia al posto alloggio.

👉 A partire dal mese di ottobre le convocazioni avvengono secondo l’ordine di graduatoria, senza la verifica preventiva dell’iscrizione per l’a.a. 2024/25.
🏠 Al momento di presa di possesso dell’alloggio dovrai comunque dimostrare di esserti iscritto presentando la ricevuta del pagamento della tassa di iscrizione.

✅ Se la tua idoneità era sospesa o condizionata e nel frattempo è stata regolarizzata, potrai essere convocato sempre in base alla tua posizione in graduatoria.

🇬🇧 Are you still waiting to be summoned for ER.GO accommodation?

❗️If you are not summoned by September 30th, you will receive a communication on your Dossier Utente asking you to express your interest in remaining on the ranking list to possibly be summoned later. Failure to respond is equivalent to giving up accommodation.

👉 Starting in October, summons will take place according to the ranking list order, without verification of enrollment for a.y. 2024/25.
🏠If you are assigned a place, you will still have to prove that you have enrolled by submitting the enrollment fee payment receipt.

✅ If your eligibility was suspended or conditioned and in the meantime the situation was settled, you can be summoned depending on your position in the ranking list.

🇮🇹 Non hai ancora ricevuto il saldo della borsa di studio 2023/24?

👉 Se hai acquisito il merito richiesto entro il 10 agosto e la tua posizione è regolare, il pagamento viene emesso a partire da settembre. Devi poi attendere i tempi tecnici della tua banca per l’accredito.

❗️Se confermi l’assegnazione della borsa di studio con l’utilizzo dei crediti bonus, ricordati che l’erogazione del saldo inizia da settembre e continua nei mesi successivi. Se vuoi saperne di più sui crediti bonus, leggi le FAQ.

🌎 Se sei rientrato da un periodo di mobilità internazionale, devi attendere che le attività formative che hai svolto all’estero vengano registrate nella tua carriera accademica. I tempi previsti per questo passaggio non dipendono da ER.GO: potrai ricevere il saldo della borsa di studio solamente dopo che la tua Università avrà provveduto ad aggiornare il tuo libretto.

🇬🇧 Haven’t received the last installment of the scholarship yet?

👉 If you achieved the required credits and your position is regular, the payment is going to be made starting from September. Then you must wait for the technical time of your bank for the transfer.

❗️If you confirm the scholarship assignment with bonus credits, remember that the payment of the last installment starts in September and continues in the following months. If you want to know more about bonus credits, read the FAQ.

🌎 If you’re back from a period of international mobility, you must wait for the exams you took abroad to be recorded in your academic career. The timeframe for this step does not depend on ER.GO: you will only be able to receive the last installment of your scholarship once that your University has updated your transcript of records.

🇮🇹 Se sei uno studente Fuori Sede e non richiedi l’alloggio ER.GO o non sei convocato, per avere la borsa di studio di importo massimo devi documentare un domicilio oneroso per almeno dieci mesi compresi tra il 01 ottobre 2024 e il 30 settembre 2025.

❗️La prima cosa che devi fare è compilare il modulo di autocertificazione entro le scadenze per dichiarare il domicilio che prendi presso la sede del tuo corso o in uno dei Comuni di Tabella 1 e 2.

👉 Il 7 ottobre è la prima scadenza: se compili l’autocertificazione entro questa data, il tuo status di Fuori Sede sarà acquisito nella graduatoria provvisoria di borsa di studio.

👉 Se non compili entro il 7 ottobre, hai tempo fino al 18 novembre. In questo caso, nella graduatoria provvisoria risulterai In Sede e diventerai Fuori Sede nella predefinitiva.

🇬🇧 If you don’t apply for accommodation or you aren’t summoned for it, in order to get the full scholarship you have to prove a regular and paid domicile for at least ten months in the period between 1st October 2024 and 30th September 2025.

❗️First thing to do is fill out the self-certification form by the deadlines, declaring your domicile in the city where you study or in one of the Municipalities shown in Tables 1 and 2.

👉 The first deadline is set on October 7th: if you fill out the self-certification form by this deadline, your non-resident status will be acquired in the scholarship provisional ranking list.

👉 If you don’t fill out the form by October 7th, the last deadline is the 18th of November. In this case, you will be considered as a resident student in the scholarship provisional ranking list, and your position will be updated as non-resident in the predefinitive one.

I requisiti sono infatti due:
👉 la distanza tra il tuo Comune di residenza e la sede del corso frequentato è percorribile con i mezzi pubblici in un tempo maggiore di 90 minuti;
👉 alloggi in una residenza ER.GO oppure hai un domicilio oneroso in uno dei Comuni presenti nelle Tabelle 1 e 2 per almeno 10 mesi compresi tra il 01 ottobre 2024 e il 30 settembre 2025.

👉 You can look for a rental house in one of the municipalities listed in Tables 1 and 2 for at least ten months between October 1st, 2024 and September 30th, 2025.

✅ Ricorda che durante il mese di settembre vengono convocati prioritariamente gli studenti che hanno già perfezionato l’immatricolazione al corso di studi scelto.

🇬🇧 If you are enrolled in years subsequent to the first or you are a freshman in a Master Degree confirming the assignment of last year’s accommodation, remember that the deadline for 2024/25 academic year is August 9th.

👉 For everyone else, the deadline is August 30th.

❗️Accommodation is assigned based on the rankings. There are different rankings: pay attention to the publication date of the one you belong to!

✅ Remember that during the month of September priority is given to students who have already finalized their enrolment in their chosen course of study.

🇮🇹 Molti studenti che richiedono i benefici ER.GO oppure la riduzione delle tasse presentano domanda come indipendenti e vengono respinti per mancanza dei requisiti ❌

🙆🏻‍♀️ Pensi di essere uno studente indipendente? Accertati di soddisfare entrambi i requisiti richiesti:

👉 Devi avere la residenza fuori dal nucleo familiare d'origine da almeno due anni alla data di sottoscrizione della DSU, in un'abitazione non di proprietà di un componente della famiglia d’origine

👉 Devi dimostrare un reddito da lavoro dipendente pari almeno a 9000 euro annui per ciascuno dei due anni precedenti la presentazione della domanda.

🙆🏻‍♀️ Do you think you are an independent student? Make sure you meet both the requirements:

👉 You must have had your permanent residence separated from that of your family of origin for the past two years from the application submission, in a house not belonging, not even in part, to any of the members of your family of origin;

👉 You must prove an income from working activity of at least 9000 euros per year for each of the two years before that of application.

🇬🇧 Did you know that ER.GO provides students with disabilities with a personal support service for carrying out daily activities?

💁🏻‍♀️ If you are assigned a place in one of our residences or you are going to apply for it in this academic year, you can indicate your availability to be a volunteer on the benefits form.

🤗 The role of volunteers is very important, because it helps to promote the involvement and socialization of students with disabilities living in ER.GO accommodation.

🇮🇹 Sei uno studente Fuori Sede? Per avere la borsa di studio di importo più alto, non è sufficiente essere residente lontano dalla sede del corso di studi.

I requisiti sono infatti due:
👉 la distanza tra il tuo Comune di residenza e la sede del corso frequentato è percorribile con i mezzi pubblici in un tempo maggiore di 90 minuti;
👉 alloggi in una residenza ER.GO oppure hai un domicilio oneroso in uno dei Comuni presenti nelle Tabelle 6 e 7 per almeno 10 mesi compresi tra il 1 ottobre 2024 e il 30 settembre 2025.

❗️Informati sugli alloggi ER.GO e verifica attentamente come avviene l’assegnazione, nei limiti dei posti disponibili.

🏠 Se hai invece intenzione di prendere un domicilio a titolo oneroso presso la sede del tuo corso o nelle vicinanze, la prima cosa che devi fare è compilare il modulo di autocertificazione entro le scadenze.

🇬🇧 Are you an international student and you want to get the full scholarship? You can receive it even if you are resident in Italy, but you must collect at least ten months of regular and paid domicile, whether it’s in one of ER.GO residences or in a rental house.

👉 You can look for a rental house in one of the municipalities listed in Tables 6 and 7 for at least ten months between October 1st, 2024 and September 30th, 2025.

🏠 If you are planning to take a domicile in the city where you study or nearby, the first thing you need to do is fill in the self-certification form by the deadlines.

❗️Be careful! Withdrawal and transfer can have various consequences on the maintenance of the benefits for the Right to Study, such as the scholarship and the reduction or exemption from university fees. Don't make hasty decisions!

🇮🇹 A partire da giugno inizia il pagamento dei primi saldi di borsa di studio!

❗️ER.GO effettua i controlli sul merito a cadenza mensile. Non ci sono date specifiche: svolgi i tuoi esami e attendi che l’Università comunichi direttamente con ER.GO. Di norma, se la tua posizione è regolare, ricevi il pagamento a partire dal mese successivo a quello in cui hai verbalizzato i crediti necessari.

👩🏼‍🎓 Ricordati che per confermare l’assegnazione dei benefici devi conseguire un numero minimo di CFU entro il 10 agosto. Verifica nelle tabelle di merito il requisito richiesto in base all’anno che stai frequentando.

💁‍♀️ Pensi di non riuscire a soddisfare il requisito di merito? Puoi utilizzare i crediti bonus, se ne hai a disposizione in quantità sufficiente. Per saperne di più, leggi le FAQ.

🇬🇧 Payment of the last scholarship installments is going to start in June!

❗️ER.GO carries out merit checks monthly. There are no specific dates: take your exams and wait for the University to communicate directly with ER.GO. Usually, if your position is regular, you receive the payment starting from the month following the one in which you registered the necessary credits.

👩🏼‍🎓 Remember that to confirm the assignment of benefits you must achieve a minimum number of CFU by August 10th. Check the merit tables for the requirement based on the year you are attending.
