Job Overview:
We seek a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling and impactful visual animations that can transform statistics and information into dynamic and engaging storytelling. This role requires a blend of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong foundation in graphic design principles.
Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics:
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Collaborate with web development and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into final projects.
Graphic Design:
Assist in selecting colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements that complement the overall style and message of the motion graphics.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and style guides for all visual elements.
Research and analyze the latest design techniques and trends to inform the visual direction of projects.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other team members (web developers, e-commerce manager) to understand project scope, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
Ensure clear and concise communication throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative talent in both motion graphics and graphic design.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or similar software).
Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, typography, design principles, video editing, and color theory.
Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
Ability to solve an array of challenges through a combination of motion graphics and graphic design solutions.
Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented individual who reviews work carefully, quality control is key.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
