A Personal Life Update
I have lost 27kgs from My Peak weight
And intend to loose 12 kgs more and gain some good quality muscle.
I used to be more than 115kgs and now around 88kgs.
I damaged my kidneys sevely, became severely diabetic, was anxious and used to have breathing issues. Now trying to turn around my life in every way possible. Reading Bhagwat Geeta every day.
God touched me made me change my life. I am in forever debt of the almighty. 🙏🏻
