WHY do people snore in their sleep?
All muscles relax during sleep. If the lumen of the pharynx was originally narrowed, then the relaxed walls of the upper airways, sagging, touch each other.
When breathing in and out, air passes forcefully through the narrowed and partially blocked soft tissues of the pharyngeal canal. The walls of the pharynx begin to vibrate and hit each other, causing snoring. 👍- Yes 👎- No, I did not know ❤️ - I didn't know, but I was interested to find out. @Edumathslab

WHY do we have nightmares?
Dreams are a way of processing disturbing impressions and emotions a person has to experience in his or her life.
When a dreamer falls asleep, the psyche layers the bad memories onto a specific context, and thus the fears associated with them are dissipated.
✔️ Frequently, the sources of nightmares lie in work, worries about financial well-being, and major changes in one's life. 👍- Yes 👎- No, I did not know ❤️ - I didn't know, but I was interested to find out. @Edumathslab

Did you know that there is a number called Graham's number that is so large, it's impossible to fully write it out, even if you used all the atoms in the universe to do so? In fact, the last digit of Graham's number is known, but the entire number is so immense that even if you used all the supercomputers in the world, you still couldn't calculate it in its entirety. It's an example of just how mind-blowing mathematics can be! @Edumathslab

You'll be surprised to learn what actually affects your eyesight:
➡️ The second cervical vertebra is responsible for visual acuity. Tension in the neck can negatively impact vision through connections within the muscular system. Just a one-millimeter tension in the eye muscles can affect vision by up to three diopters. ➡️ Body tension, including in the eye muscles, depends on the state of the liver. When the liver is overactive, the eye muscles are often overstrained, which can cause myopia and a decline in vision. ➡️ Age-related vision deterioration is often due to the poor condition of blood vessels. When blood flow to the eyes is impaired, metabolism is affected, and all eye structures do not receive sufficient nutrients.
❗️📚It is scientifically proven that eyesight can be naturally restored. @Edumathslab
