How does Dtravel work:

Vacation rental operators use Dtravel to import their Airbnb account, create their own direct booking site and launch on-chain listings. Travelers use Dtravel to discover and book vacation rentals peer-to-peer with crypto.

A progressive alternative to centralized booking platforms, Dtravel rewards users with $TRVL. The $TRVL token enhances the experience of using Dtravel and allows holders to share in the success of the network.

* 😀 In the spirit of transparency, the announcements planned for this week have been delayed due to a few bugs. We are currently addressing these issues and expect to roll out the updates next week
* πŸ”„ Improvements being made to Airbnb Sync including expanding listing limit from 15 and allowing users to edit listing while import is processing
* πŸ€‘ Dtravel Rewards dev work nearly complete. Back-end tasks are 90% resolved. Estimating about 2-weeks as a go live. Community members will be able to earn rewards for growing the ecosystem as well as contributing to supply growth in key markets.
* πŸŒ‘ As soon as Dtravel Rewards program is live 100% of focus will be on Nite Protocol. This includes upgrading contracts and building an interface for legacy vacation rental solution providers to easily onboard their users on-chain and offer crypto payments.
* πŸš€ The Nite Protocol is pivotal in decentralizing the Dtravel network. It will enable bring peer-to-peer vacation rental supply on-chain without requiring adoption of Dtravel booking infrastructure. Fees earned by the protocol will be used to fund staking and token buybacks.

Hello Dtravel Community,

We’re excited to announce our new Airbnb Sync is now live! The new integration will streamline onboarding, enabling a seamless way for Airbnb hosts to add any listing to the Dtravel network and begin bringing their business on-chain.

* This means every Airbnb host who joins the Dtravel network could also become a new $TRVL holder as long as they process bookings.
* Why does this matter? By the end of June, you’ll be able to participate in the Dtravel reward program and earn significant value for contributing to various growth programs including referring Airbnb hosts.
* There are major changes coming next to the website next week that involve an app... This is the beginning of a new chapter for Dtravel and the upcoming rewards program will provide an opportunity for the community to earn from it.
* Dev team is nearly finished rewards program work and will soon shift their focus to the Nite Protocol.
* Nite Protocol work includes Dusk documentation (the standard format for exchanging information about properties), Nite Contracts (registering booked nights on-chain), and Dtravel Connect (enable property management companies and property management solutions to interface with Nite Protocol and offer peer-to-peer crypto payments).
* To recap, our focus is delivering on search, launching the rewards program to grow the ecosystem, and the Nite Protocol to expand the ecosystem. These three components will begin to unlock new relationships and marketing opportunities.

* Dtravel Rewards logic is finalized and back end work has kicked off. We’re excited to distribute meaningful rewards to those who contribute to growing the ecosystem.
* New website updates and Dtravel app are ready to go live. We’ll be rolling this out shortly, likely as a soft launch to our community with early access to the rewards program.
* Final $TRVL integration audits are being done and v3 Nite Protocol contracts are being migrated to new chain.
* Next focus is on v4 Nite Protocol contract implementation and to finalize a decision on decentralized storage solution.

We’re going to give you a clue (8am EST | June 7). Use the app and search for the listing. The first to share the correct listing wins $100 in $TRVL.

Rules: x3 guesses / person. Anymore will result in disqualification and time out to avoid spamming the chat with listings. Winner will be announced as soon as the correct listing is guessed.
