The Trump administration has fired the newly hired prosecutors brought in to assist with J6 casework, which is a key step in dismantling politically motivated prosecutions.

But career DOJ prosecutors who lied, withheld evidence, and abused their power remain in office.

I went to law school because I believe in a just legal system—one where:

- Truth matters
- Prosecutors don’t fabricate evidence
- The government doesn’t crush political dissent

But the J6 prosecutions shattered all of that.

We cannot tolerate a system where federal prosecutors lie, withhold exculpatory evidence, and manipulate the courts—without consequence.

Accountability is non-negotiable.

Their goal? Force innocent defendants into a false choice:

- Plead guilty to crimes they didn’t commit
- Risk trial before a biased D.C. jury & corrupt judges

That’s not justice. That’s prosecutorial misconduct.

These actions were not lawful prosecutions—they were political persecution.

The Trump admin has already fired some J6 prosecutors, the new hires specifically brought in to help with J6 casework—but that’s not enough.

Ayers-Perez, Manning, and Graves must be next.

But they shouldn’t just be fired—they must be investigated for prosecutorial misconduct and obstruction of justice.

These are government officials who lied, manufactured evidence, and destroyed lives.

Even worse, Ayers-Perez withheld exculpatory evidence proving her claims were false.

This is an undeniable Brady violation—a gross abuse of power that only came to light long after sentencing.

Lying to the court isn’t just unethical—it’s grounds for disbarment.

But Ayers-Perez wasn’t alone. J6 DOJ prosecutors Jason Manning and Matthew Graves weaponized their offices to coerce false confessions from innocent defendants.

Their strategy? Fraudulently overcharge under inapplicable statutes—forcing guilty pleas under duress.

One example: they used 18 U.S.C. §1512(c)(2)—a law meant for witness tampering and destroying evidence—against J6 protesters.

SCOTUS has since ruled this charge was completely inapplicable. They knew it wasn’t legally sound—but used it anyway.

to dismiss all of the DOJ prosecutors who weaponized the justice system against J6 defendants.

They misrepresented facts, coerced plea deals, and abused their power to imprison innocent Americans.

They should be held accountable.

But J6 prosecutor involved in my case, April Ayers-Perez did just that. She distorted facts, withheld exculpatory evidence, and lied to the court to secure unjust convictions.

In my case, Ayers-Perez falsely claimed a police officer was “dragged” and “assaulted.”

The reality? The officer himself testified—multiple times—that he simply fainted and left uninjured.

This was not a mistake—it was a deliberate lie designed to mislead the judge.
