Connect with Twilio or similar telephony services for inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and conversational flows.
Real-Time Data & Dashboards
Build event-driven pipelines for live transcription, sentiment analysis, and KPI computation.
Design a user-friendly admin panel for businesses to monitor voice/chat logs, analyze performance, and manage AI settings.
CRM & Third-Party Integration
Integrate with popular CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to sync customer data and conversation histories in real-time.
Ensure seamless onboarding and account provisioning with minimal friction.
Performance, Scalability & Security
Deliver low-latency voice interactions and data streaming to support high call volumes.
Employ best practices in DevOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and secure deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with AI engineers, product managers, and QA teams to refine business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and roll out new features.
Document technical solutions and champion best practices in continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack experience.
Demonstrated expertise in voice-based solutions, including speech-to-text (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS), preferably using services like Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly, ElevenLabs, or Twilio Voice.
Proven track record integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and third-party platforms (Twilio, CRMs).
Solid grasp of event-driven architectures (WebSockets, message queues, or serverless functions) and real-time data flow.
Experience building admin dashboards with KPI visualizations for business stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
