As new capacities come in , Roce will improve , net debt to shoot up massively , should be around 5k crore before it goes down in Fy28/29.

This was the first quarter of MFI pain & this doesn’t end easily , it usually takes 3-4 quarters for the worst case , so you should be extremely cautious investing in any of the banks / nbfc having exposure to this space , i think it doesn’t make any sense to go beyond the top 5 in lenders.
