■ال Folic acid هو فيتامين B9 موجود في الخبز واللحم والمكملات الغذائية يوجد ايضا على شكل اقراص
-يمتص من الامعاء اول ما يوصل للدم يمسك فيه انزيم DHFR (Dihydrofolate redactease ويحوله الي ماده tetrahydrofolic
-طيب ايش وظيفة هذه الماده tetrahydrofolic ؟؟ هذه الماده مهمه جدا بدونها ما يعيش الكائن الحي ولا يحصل انقسام وتكاثر لخلاياه عشان هذه الماده تدخل في تركيب ال DNA ل :
- خلايا الدم الحمراء RBC لذا نستخدم ال Folic في علاج الانيميا
- خلايا الجلد والشعر لذا نستخدمه في مشاكل الشعر والجلد
- خلايا الجنين والمشيمه لذا تستخدمه الحوامل لنمو الجنين ومنع التشوهات ..الخ
■طيب ايش علاقة methotrexate ب ال folic acid ؟؟ال methotrexate شغله يوقف انزيم DHFR اللي يحول الفوليك الي ماده tetrahydrofolic وبكذا ما يتركب الDNA ولا يحصل انقسام ونمو للخلايا عشان كذا تلاقي الاشخاص اللي يستعملو ال Methotrexate عندهم مشاكل انيميا ومشاكل في الشعر والجلد زي الصلع واضطراب لون الجلد ..الخ. تعالج هذه المشاكل ب Folic acid بعد ايقاف استخدام ال Methotrexate..
