Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain change management documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Support training and knowledge transfer for data management changes.
- Monitor and report on change adoption and benefits realization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes.
- Learn and apply industry-standard change management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in data/business Analytics, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in change management, project management, or data management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with data management concepts and technologies.
