"if i my account gets zeroed out i take it as a sign of destiny and will close my perp trading arc forever"
nah you won't. I have definitely learned alot from watching ur trades though, u criticize ur offense alot but imo winning in crypto is mainly about a strong defense, its how i was able to multiply my account and not get fucked. In a bullish market u performed well, better than alot of CT not because u bidded better, in fact alot of ur bids were late, but because ur defense was really really strong the gains you made, whether or not u got in late, u kept most of it while ppl who got in earlier than u drank the koolaid and round tripped their gains, some of these guys are still holding now -90% down while u moved on to the next ride. You were really good at hopping off before a major correction or crash. Just like you did with BTC. Imo if there is a strategy to ensuring one does above average in crypto its simply that, wait for easy mode (macro catalyst that pushes btc) bid strong charts and stack smaller gains, take the liquidity before someone takes it from you, then wait for another ride to appear there is always another one. now that the market isnt bullish its been clapping people with weak offense and a lack of patience, however we will bottom eventually, MM crypto caught the btc bottom and made 10+ million in one trade, but he got liquidated a few times and lost 400k before he caught it, but he eventually caught it, something to think about to bottom catchers its definitely possible but comes with pain
