Keep an eye on Stablecoin dominance, we are approaching a confluence level with the trend line and 200 Moving average. It is co-inciding with BTC resistance level.

We mentioned in previous posts the we were buying in the 61/58k range in anticipation of the liquidity impulse for October. We are lightening up our position a little in this level but remain LONG. The market is moving up on Trump odds widening as well as liquidity expansion that we mentioned. We are watching the meme space actively as well and will post some insights on this going forward.

#BTC Breaking out of the triangle formation. We are approaching key value area level 68,600 which may stunt the move a bit. We need a weekly close outside 66k to confirm break potential.

NFP came out 254k with unemployment rate at 4.1%. Market is moving on the on 254k headline number but be cautious as the unemployment number negates it somewhat.

Volatility incoming!
U.S Non-Farm Payrolls and employment numbers are due out in a couple hours. The main things to look for: the Expectations are for 140k jobs to be added for September with the unemployment rate expected to stay unchanged at 4.2%. Remember the FED is watching employment data closely and these numbers will determine the level of rate cuts for the next FED meeting. If the unemployment rate rises above 4.4% (FED 2024 projection) and NonFarm Payrolls come in below 100K we could see a bullish reaction in Crypto and risk markets and a sell off in the USD. If the Unemployment rate comes in below 4.1% and Non-Farm Payrolls above 200K we could see a sell off in Crypto and risk markets.

DON'T forget the bigger picture! Liquidity drives everything Crypto related.

Seeing the long positioning flushed out in BTC on the geopolitical escalations. Using this as an opportunity to buy into for the Q4 liquidity impulse 🦁

Overview:
We gave notice that short term indicators were flagging potential pullbacks were likely in the inmediate term. See the Stabelcoin Dominance Chart and the Overheating charts we posted earlier. We also mentioned that the bigger picture indicators are flashing Bullish signals. Mainly the pickup of liquidity conditions and Coin velocity between exchanges. We see short term price actioned dampened as the market takes some time to refuel. This is expected especially going into month and quarter end. We wait for short term indicators to flip back into bullish signals to put on risk aggressively. Q4 liquidity conditions are expected to pick up massively however we are expecting a short term drainage of liquidity going into month end before we refuel. PCE data last week came out in line which re-inforced the markets beliefs inflation is cooling and giving the FED more scope to cut rates into the election time. We will be monitoring interest rates markets closely going forward.

The main U.S data coming out this week will be the Non-Farm Payrolls numbers. Traders will be watching this very closely to see if softening in the labour market is holding. We will post a snapshot of the data/expectations going into the release showing what trading desks are looking for.

In Summary:
Bullish stance is looking constructive on the bigger picture indicators Short term indicators were flashing pullbacks were likely (see charts from last week) We are expecting markets to refuel in the short term and are waiting for short term indicators to flip bullish before putting risk on aggressively into the Q4 liquidity impulse we are expecting.

Keeping an eye on $SOL ETH cross. Currently pushing against key resistance. We need to see $ETH BTC cross bounce and SOL/ETH cross drop to signal a significant move happening in ETH is on horizon.

$ETH - is still below overheated levels while BTC is currently above overheated levels. Suggests ETH might have more upside room relative to BTC in short term whilst BTC cools down.

$ETH is showing similar pre-breakout pattern that BTC showed last week. On a relative basis ETH is trading below the white level that BTC cleared last week. Meanwhile, ETHBTC cross is sitting on support

Numbers more or less In line with expectations. Currently a dovish reaction seen across markets.
