Yes, I mentioned the other day’s drop might have been the last shakeout, but adapting to current circumstances is key.

From current levels, altcoins could drop another 20%-40% in this second shakeout, potentially followed by a quick recovery.

I call it a “shakeout” because panic-selling during these sudden moves is a mistake. The right move is to stay calm and add to your position, since this should be an accumulation zone.

The $2,800-3,000 support zone didn't hold. Next support zone is $1,900-2,200, which should be tested again soon and is where the local bottom should be forming.

Main target remains new ATH, probably over $5k. That move would trigger the altseason.

I don't care if it goes a bit lower. In my opinion, this is a macro long-term buy zone ($0.50-0.85)

Target for the next few weeks would be above $5.

Current view:

Despite the strong market bounce after the capitulation event, there’s still some underlying weakness.

I’ve reopened the hedge position until we see proper bullish confirmations or a second dip, which might bring $BTC down to around $88k–$90k. Some altcoins could drop another 10%–30%, with some forming higher lows and others grabbing liquidity below the wick.

Even if this happens, the plan remains the same: hold/buy the dip. An important local bottom should be very close.

#Memecoins

Memecoins have retraced 60%-80% on average over the last few weeks (and they could still drop further).

Since a local bottom should be forming soon, they might see a bounce during the rest of February. However, I don't think most of them will reach a new ATH.

From now on, the focus should be on L1s, AI, RWA...

It reached $0.55 and bounced from there. Now it got rejected again. Next support could is around $0.40. This doesn't change the plan for a new ATH in the next few weeks.

Don't get scared if we see another 5%-10% drop to form a higher low.

Just hold/buy the dip. This really looks like a local bottom formation.
