Let me leave the young men alone and let's talk to the young ladies: Sugar daddy money cannot last. On campuses today, you see young girls running after what they call big men. They touch it one time, it has this problem. When they return it, they solve one problem add two problems. Why? To keep you as a continuous customer and then the same person is praying: “Lord, give my business breakthrough!” The business will keep breaking down. The Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has promised to provide a detailed explanation to the House of Representatives regarding the operational framework of the aviation sector, particularly in relation to the airstrip license granted by Bishop David Oyedepo.

Keyamo’s comments come on the heels of a motion moved in the House calling for the revocation of licenses for private airstrips, including that of Oyedepo’s Canaanland recently approved by the federal government.

While addressing the matter, Keyamo in a post on his personal X-account, emphasized the need for a comprehensive understanding of how the aviation industry functions.

We will engage with the House to clarify how private airstrips operate and the regulatory processes involved,” he stated.

The minister pointed out that the intention behind the motion was likely patriotic, but it was rooted in a lack of complete knowledge of the regulatory framework governing aviation.

“It is crucial for members of the House to grasp the intricacies of the aviation sector. The operation of private airstrips is subject to strict regulations, and these owners must comply with several protocols established by the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA),” Keyamo explained.

Requirements for getting an Airstrip in Nigeria

To get a private airstrip in Nigeria, you need to apply for an Aerodrome Certificate from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). The application process includes:
Form: Submit an application in the form and manner prescribed by the NCAA
Documents: Include an Aerodrome Manual and Statement of Compliance, proof of financial capabilities, and other required documents
Regulations: Follow the requirements in the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations Part 12 (Nig. CARs Part 12) and Advisory Circular NCAA- AC-ARD002

The Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) is responsible for administering Nigeria's airspace and air traffic services. The NAMA Act is the regulatory framework that guides these services.

We want to talk about, "The Power of Choice." The Power of Choice, why? Because life is all about choices and the corresponding repercussions of choices. Whatever you are today is primarily the results of what you chose yesterday. Whatever you are today is because of the choices you made yesterday. Church Gist. For example, if a student is very good in the secondary school in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, depending on the choice of that pupil, he could end up a Medical Doctor, he could end up an Engineer. He can decide which kind of Engineer: Mechanical, Civil, etc. or he could end up a very good teacher, can even become a professor, professor of Physics, Chemistry or Biology etc. Even if he chose to do Medicine, he could still end up a Dentist or another section of Medicine.

Whatever you are today is as a result of the choices you made yesterday. For example, in Genesis 25:29-34, Esau was asked to make a choice between food and his inheritance based on him being the firstborn. He chose food. When the time came for blessings in Genesis 27:1-37, because he had already sold his birthright, the one to whom he sold the birthright is the one who got the blessing. Church Gist. So many at times we hear people say that Jacob stole the blessing of Esau, no, he didn't steal. Esau sold the blessing years before. It is very important for us to know what we chose yesterday is what made us what we are today and whatever we choose today will determine what we will become tomorrow.

Now it will interest you to know that basically you have only two options in life. Every choice is between only two options: light and darkness. Those are the two options. As a matter of fact, if you see a big computer working, you see the whole thing blinking, blinking, blinking and what's happening is that the computer is just choosing between two things: light on, light off, light on, light off, light on. That's what the twinkling is about. Church Gist. Life is only made up of two options: only two, up or down, forward or backward, right or wrong, blessings or curses. "Oh no, what do you mean by backward or forward? What if I decide to stand still?" The moment you say you choose to stand still, it means you have chosen to go backwards. "How can that be? I can stay on one spot." No! If a child is in form two this year and he is in form two again next year, he has already gone backward. You mean what? You say, "How come?" His colleagues, his classmates had already moved on to form three and his juniors in form one had caught up with him? You can't stand still. Church Gist. A choice to say, I stand still is a choice to say I want to go backward. It's either forward or backward.

It's either a choice between obedience and disobedience. Only two, only two. Church Gist. The entire world, the entire life, is always between two choices: sickness or health, joy or sorrow, success or failure, always two, always two. Isaiah 1:19.

Fred, a successful businessman, had given up on love after several failed relationships. He usually realized a few months into courtship that the relationship wouldn't last. His values and marital expectations for the ideal woman seemed too rigid to be met, so he sought counsel from David, his best friend, who had been happily married for 10 years.

Fred admired David's relationship with Anna, his wife and wondered why he hadn't found his own 'Anna'. Anna embodied the qualities Fred desired in a partner.

One day, Fred visited David's home, and their conversation began:

"David, I'm struggling to find my life partner. It's like passing a camel through the eye of a needle."

Whatever looks like a challenge or breakdown in your life can be turned around by the mystery of praise. Don't watch your (negative) situation, change your situation by praising (God) in your situation. That is the key to triggering your desired breakthrough. Breakthroughs are available but they are available to those who will engage the required key to it and the key that triggers your breakthrough is the key of praise. Psalm 67:5-7. Whatever looks like a breakdown, you can turn it around for a supernatural breakthrough and you can do that via the Key of Praise. Church Gist. That is the trigger, that is the point that turns things around on your behalf. Years ago, while I was still at the Church in the U.K., we had a crusade. The Crusade was in a place called Gravesend, it was the first crusade of the year and we prayed and prayed. We had a team together and we prayed for hours everyday - First day, second day, third day and so forth and the Crusade was going to start on Thursday. We prayed Monday, through the day; Tuesday, through the day; Wednesday, through the day. Thursday! We started praying and the more we were praying, the more rain started falling. Rain fell and fell and fell and then we got to where we were holding the Crusade.

By the time we arrived there, very few people came for the Crusade after the first night. We had a bigger hall and then had the Crusade that night. All the people who came for the Crusade, I think almost all of them about 5 or 6 of them, all of them came and gave their lives to Christ. "Ah! Glory to God!" Some of them had testimonies and so forth, glory to God! The next day we appeared at a place, they moved us from a bigger hall to a smaller hall. That should be a cause for concern. We had the Crusade there second day. By the third day we had a very strange testimony. A sister came who had a tumor in the stomach and God healed her, the tumor was gone. We began to celebrate and give God glory. Church Gist. We were not paying attention to the fact that the number at the Crusade was very small. When we got to Church on Sunday everybody heard word: "God did wonders in our midst." We were celebrating, dancing, jubilating nobody remembered to even ask: "How was the Crusade? What was the attendance like? Everybody was celebrating the testimony that we saw and giving God the glory. That Crusade looked like a failed Crusade numerically but after giving God praise that day, the next crusade we held was in a place called Woolwich. That Crusade; when we got there that day, there was no space, people were sitting down in staircases, people were standing - No space for anybody. As we praised God in what looked like a breakdown, He turned it around. By the time we arrived at the next place, it was unbelievable. People everywhere! Standing! Even when we called for those who wanted to give their lives to Christ, no way to come forward. Everywhere was choked. Why? We Praised God in what looked like a breakdown and he turned it around to a breakthrough.

-That thing that looks like a breakdown in your career, in your family, in your business. As you praise God it will be converted to a breakthrough.

When Grace is at work, God colours your life. You don't do things by sweat, you do it by favour. Grace brings favour. Things that your money can't buy, God will give them to you free, that's what grace does. Church Gist. If we are to buy the property in Alabama, I tell you, for now, it will wait. We won't buy that kind of property now. But what gave it to us? Grace.

How can they give you a property for hundreds of millions of dollars free? Psalm 44:3. That property, the insurance is 7 million oh. Insurance, not the worth oh, insurance. That means, if today we say stop insurance, we'll collect 7 million dollars and you know money has increased. So, the 7 million dollars is already our money, not the property oh. Church Gist. The property is a bomb proof property, you throw bomb, it will not break. It's a bomb shelter. The wall, nail can't enter the wall. If you put nail on the wall, hit it, it won't enter. They left everything, to tissue. That is, pots were left. They didn't take one dime. Even their robes, they left them. Everything, free. Say, "Favour". Grace makes you to enjoy what you did not labour for. It says "Other men laboured, you have entered into their own labour".

The kind of faith that puts all responsibilities on God and none on you as an individual is an irresponsible faith. Church Gist. Oh, there's no doubt about it, that when Jesus Christ said on the cross, "it is finished," we have the complete work of Christ. He has completed everything that God is going to do for your salvation, for your healing, for your deliverance, everything's already done. By his stripes, you were healed. By the blood he shed, your salvation is already secured. With the same blood, your victory over Satan is guaranteed because the Bible said they overcame Satan by the blood of the Lamb. Church Gist. Everything that needed to be done, including your sanctification, because when he said "it is finished," he said now you can have a heart of flesh, the stony heart in you can be taken away and now there's a heart available, a heart of flesh, the heart of God himself.

Grace is free, it's by grace you are saved. Ephesians 2:8-9. But you need to obtain it by faith. By grace you are saved through faith. Church Gist. You must believe God for it. John 3:16 says, God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. John 3:16. But then he added that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Some people will want you to believe that because Jesus died for the world, the whole world will go to heaven, whether they received Jesus Christ or not. You will be amazed to know that there are people who preach that everybody will go to heaven, it doesn't matter whether or not they got born again. Church Gist. That cannot be true. You'll be amazed at people who said that once you receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, there's nothing more for you to do.

Hmm, all you need to do is ask them some simple questions. Thank God for the great sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for us when he died on the Cross. According to these people, we can say there's no need for fasting anymore because he had fasted for us. Church Gist. But Apostle of Grace himself, Paul, said I fasted often. Why is the Apostle of grace fasting? We need to wake up and possess our possessions. God is not Father Christmas. Even if Father Christmas gives you a parcel, he expects you to open it. You still have a part to play.

God led us to this Forest against all odds. They were more than willing to sell sir. In fact, some wanted to sell their house along. They were over willing. You know why? God led us here. In no time, we got 530 acres of land. What? Church Gist. In a jungle of devils before the eyes of the devil. When God leads, no devil can stop the way. Be committed to His leading as a way of life. Proverbs 3:5-6.

You want to enjoy open doors as a way of life? Keep following what He says. Church Gist. God never leads backward, He always leads forward. Psalm 23:1-6, Isaiah 48:21.

- Your days of dry seasons are over!

Some fellows, they are just about hitting one major breakthrough in their business, they switch over to another one to start all over again. Church Gist. And without God, gasping, gasping and gasping. That will not be you anymore!

Keep craving for fresh unction which is also facilitated by praise. Fresh oil will keep you going against all odds. For the yoke on your path shall be destroyed because of the anointing. The fresher the oil, the stronger the impact. Church Gist. So stay committed to a lifestyle of praise and your head will never lack fresh oil and no barrier can stand on your path. That's how to keep enjoying open doors in the journey of life.

Finally, be committed to serving God and the interest of His Kingdom as a lifestyle. Why? When you get into that, He said, “lo, I am with you always even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20, Romans 8:31. When you are on the go with God, He goes with you. When you are after His business, you will become His business. That's what He does. Church Gist. “And as they entered into that covenant, He gave them rest round about.” So no door was able to be shut against them. It's your turn! Matthew 6:33.

- It's your turn!

Being the third Sunday of the month, it's our Special Monthly Anointing Service and I want you to please recognize this: Among the blessedness of the anointing is supernatural joy. Isaiah 61:1,3.

- By the anointing of this morning, depression shall be destroyed from any life!
- All tendencies for dépréssion shall be destroyed!

Note that, you cannot be oppressed until you are first depressed. Dépréssion is an environment for the devil to work while joy and rejoicing is an environment for God to intervene. So when you subscribe or subject yourself to dépréssion, you are creating an avenue for the devil to work against you. Church Gist. Dèpréssion is a spirit. So the anointing gives us the garment of praise in the place of the spirit of heaviness (the spirit of dépréssion).

Watch, the oil of joy for mourning. So where people mourn, you are rejoicing. Isaiah 61:3. So we must put on joy and rejoicing and the garment of praise to secure that new name that gives glory to God.

- Therefore expect today by this anointing that the spirit of dépréssion shall be destroyed from the root!
- That your head will no longer be cast down!
- That your hands will ever be lifted up in praise of God!

If you are in a ditch and they throw a lifeline to you, you have to raise your hand because they can't put that rope on your neck, you will die. Church Gist. So when your head is cast down, your hand cannot be raised up. So you are left in the valley to see how much you can survive.

- But you are going out!
- You are coming out today!
- I curse the root of the spirit of heaviness in any life in the name of Jesus!

Jesus was given the Holy Spirit without measure and the Bible said, “and Jesus rejoiced in Spirit.” John 3:34, Luke 10:21…that was His lifestyle - joy that emanates from the spirit man. Proverbs 18:14.

- By this anointing today, there shall be no further breaking of your heart in the name of Jesus Christ!

1 Corinthians 14:18, Philippians 1:15-18, Philippians 4:4, 1 Thessalonians 5:16. He (Paul) has an experience with it. And the anointing is one vital source of unimpeded joy, ever growing joy. Church Gist. In Psalm 45, the Bible calls it, the oil of gladness. The anointing is the oil of gladness and one way to facilitate that oil is through praise as a lifestyle.

- So as the anointing comes on your life today, in the precious name of Jesus, from today forward, your head will not be bowed down!
- In the precious name of Jesus, from today forward, your hands will ever be lifted praising God!

The way out of the valley is to praise your way out. You can't come out of the valley without praises that emanate from the heart honouring Jesus because He has committed Himself to bail you out. Church Gist. Like He did for Paul and Silas, you are coming out in the name of Jesus!

So reach out today for one thing. “Lord, I desire that the anointing today will be to me the oil of joy, the oil of gladness and the garment of praise and let it destroy every trace of dépréssion around my life. Church Gist. Because I know that you are committed to my rescue, you are committed to my freedom and I thank you for it.” When that becomes your way of life, forget about the devil.

- The truth here this morning is this, by this anointing, you are entering a new phase of your life!
- You are entering into a new phase of your life!
- A phase of joy and rejoicing!
- A phase of blessing the Lord at all times and His praise continually in your mouth!
- That is the new phase you are entering into!

What a joy? When that happens, you gain continuous access to the secret of the Word. Jeremiah 15:16. So when you are saved, you have the fruit of joy. Church Gist. When you are baptized in the Holy Ghost, you have the oil of joy and you gain access to the Word of God, you gain access to joy and rejoicing. So you are a bundle of joy by redemption.

Can I have you say with me? “I am a bundle of joy by redemption. I refuse to sell off my birthright. From this day forward, joy and rejoicing becomes my new way of life.” In case you are in any valley today, you say to yourself before God; “I’m coming out of this valley as I keep celebrating my God and His faithfulness. Church Gist. My time to be out has finally come. My prison doors are opened. My chains are falling off. The fetters are broken up. I'm free at last. I'm free forever.” You start celebrating God like that, that is what makes it happen.
