We identified that the issue is related to our data center infrastructure. We are working closely with the data center to get it resolved, but we donโt have a time estimate from the engineers for now. We will be back with more news as this develops.
On top of that, we have extensive backups of all the systems and blockchain structures so no need to worry about your account safety!

Our tech seems to have the issues under control. As far as we know it was due to datacenter outages. We are still keeping an eye on it.
