Be conscious to keep a godly company. Many people are victims of the company they keep. Psalm 1:1-3. You can't make a mockery of my God and secure my attention for one minute. Lie lie! Who are you? What are you wearing? "What God are they talking about?" Church Gist. No! I will pounce on you. You are touching my most sensitive part. Stop playing social Christianity, be spiritual. You hide your Bible because you are going somewhere. You can't put sticker on your car because of where you are going.

Someone came to check on me years ago, when we were in school. He was smoking a cigarette and he met my uncle "Good afternoon. I am looking for David." My uncle said "He is not around but who are you?" He said "I am his friend." After he left, they were laughing. They said he cannot be my friend, none of my friends will behave like that. No! Show me your friend and I can tell you who you are. Church Gist. So I came back and they told me somebody came, they described him and asked who he was. I said he is not my friend, we are just schoolmates. They started laughing and these were men who were drunkards. They can tell who your friend is. You hide your Christianity and you want God to open up for you? Never! Mind the company you keep.

Amnon was a son of David, he had a friend called Jonadab, a son of Belial. Jonadab helped to dig his grave. No devil will succeed to dig your grave. So mind the people you walk with. Young people, when the Bible says be not unequally yoked with unbelievers "don't say I know he will be saved." You will be lost before he is saved. Stop that. Church Gist. God has a grandiose plan for you, don't let anyone carry you away with money or car. What is money and car? If my wife was looking for a car, she wouldn't marry me. My kind of car is not the kind you will want to be married to. The company you keep is what determines what accompanies you. Caution! 1 Corinthians 15:33. You can't live a godly life walking about with ungodly people. Caution! Caution!
