As I've stated, any money I make from Bitcoin Twitter, will now be donated to the Clocktower Foundation which supports British Military Members of the SAS (Special Air Service) and their family members while on duty and after they leave duty to transition to civilian life.

It's an honour and I fully appreciate that the reason I get to live the life I live is because there are people much better than me willing to sit in a ditch in a shithole part of the world waiting and willing to do things I wouldn't - for my safety.

will announce a purchase of roughly 15,000 #Bitcoin tomorrow based on my model. If they pushed it VERY hard, up to 25,000.

Sticking to 15,000 tomorrow - it means he would need to buy 61,350 by the end of the year to achieve the 500,000 goal I've been talking about.

As the Nasdaq flows start, even if the 61,350 coins were purchased at an average of $120,000 per coin, this would require only $7.4bn of the remaining $9bn ATM - so a lot of leeway would be created incase the price runs away by end of year.

It all depends on what the market cap multiple is on the $2.1bn cash injection from Nasdaq towards end of next week.

Another alternative would be, extract the $7.4bn from the retail front running that will happen starting tomorrow into the Nasdaq flows and then let the stock rip after 23rd December into January.

This would be beneficial in sharply increasing Vol, which would make the remaining $18bn of Converts more attractive than they are right now so they can execute all of that in the quiet period leading up to February earnings.

After which, you announce a new ATM, probably in the region of $40bn-$50bn.

Very interesting game theory will be played in the market over the next week to take as much #Bitcoin off the table.

Fascinating to watch.

I have recorded a conversation today that will clarify any misunderstandings anyone has about why MSTR is NOT a #Bitcoin ETF and why it cannot be judged or assessed like a #Bitcoin derivative AND how it must be looked at instead to see why a premium to NAV expansion can blow past any real of rationality.

It is a conversation that truly materialises my idea that MSTR is not a #Bitcoin proxy, but a whole platform unto itself that must be judged as its own financial product.

I have tried to make it ONE conversation to understand everything you need to understand to decide to allocate into MSTR or not.

If Dell was to adopt some % of a #Bitcoin  treasury, it would have a higher multiple than MSTR in my opinion.

Why:

1. It has a high revenue & profit generating business.

2. It is a “Wall Street Darling” business - everyone knows and trusts Dell.

3. It has better ability to borrow debt than MSTR.

I had a mind freeze for 6 months on how the multiple would be handled across companies like MSTR.

Now I see the future.

As more companies come in and become #Bitcoin  investments as well as their main business.

The inefficiency of the premiums will be traded away as the market crowns the best allocator of that premium.

Soon trading between the premiums of #Bitcoin  listed companies will become a trading desk all on its own.

Scarcity creates value.

Who manages their ability to access scarcity, creates trading opportunities.
