Ouro has two consumer-facing products, X World Wallet and Netspend.
Netspend is the product that has finally been used in the U.S reaching several sponsorships.
After analyzing, it has been decided to launch the Netspend product in Spain first, as it is much larger and more similar to the Bnext product but with the particularity that the prepaid card will be marketed in physical stores.
We will start with Spain and then expand to different countries in Europe. We are already working on it and a person with a lot of experience in this type of programs has joined the team to set up these programs. All of this, subject, if necessary, to any regulatory procedures that need to be completed beforehand.

We are evaluating the possibility of migrating Bnext users to the platform where the token’s purpose will be to provide utility to the customer base.

The process with the Bank of Spain continues and we continue to provide the documentation requested.
It is important to keep in mind that once the process has been approved, the change of control is not imminent and we will still have to continue working on several documents to finalize the purchase operation 100%.
➡️ BNEXT RESULTS
The team continues to work hard every day to be a financially sustainable company. So far this year (up to May) we have earned close to €8M, we have a run rate of €17M and we expect to end the year with revenues of $24M (€21M). With these figures we would be at double the revenue of last year.
This means that once the Ouro purchase process is completed, we will be able to use Ouro's resources to improve the product, grow the team, do more marketing...

Ouro tiene dos productos dirigidos al consumidor, X World Wallet y Netspend. Netspend es el producto que se ha utilizado finalmente en EE.UU. alcanzando diversos patrocinios.
Tras analizarlo en profundidad, se ha decidido lanzar en España primero el producto de Netspend, ya que es mucho más grande y más parecido al producto Bnext pero con la particularidad de que la tarjeta prepago se comercializará en tiendas físicas
Empezaremos con España para después expandirnos por diferentes países de Europa. Ya estamos trabajando en ello y se ha incorporado al equipo una persona con mucha experiencia en este tipo de programas para montar estos programas. Todo ello, supeditado en su caso, a cuantos trámites regulatorios haya que cumplimentar con carácter previo.

Se está evaluando la posibilidad de migrar los usuarios de Bnext a la plataforma donde el objetivo del token será dar utilidad a la base de clientes.
➡️ NUEVOS EXCHANGES
Queremos lanzar el token en más exchanges, pero tras el lanzamiento en Bitmart, que no ha funcionado como esperábamos, vamos a esperar a formar parte del grupo Ouro para poder hablar con exchanges más grandes.

El equipo sigue trabajando duro cada día en ser una empresa financieramente sostenible. En lo que va de año (hasta mayo) hemos ingresado cerca de 8M€, tenemos un run rate de 17M€ y esperamos terminar el año con unos ingresos de 24M$ (21M€). Con estas cifras estaríamos en el doble de ingresos que el año pasado.

Our relationship with Bit2Me continues to be good, they are the custodian of the B3X held by their users and the tokens they hold for their EARN program.
➡️ APP ERRORS
We apologize for the recent increase in crypto purchase failures within the app. We're investigating and utilizing all available resources to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
➡️ CRYPTO OPERATIONAL LIMITS
The crypto operating limits currently in force are authorized by SEPBLAC as an anti-fraud measure. In principle, there is no intention to extend them as they do not interfere with the normal operations that users of our app usually perform.
➡️ B3X TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER WALLET
At the moment, Onyze only allows you to transfer Bitcoin and Ethereum to another wallet. They are still working on opening up the process for other cryptocurrencies and B3X. We expect it could be available early next year, but we will keep you confirmed.

We are very happy with all the work we have done this year. In 2022 we obtained 1M€ in revenues and 8M€ in losses and after much effort, this year we closed 2023 with 12M€ in revenues and 2M€ in profits, making us a self-sustainable company.
Part of this profitability is due to our agreement with Correos, with whom we collaborated on their Correos Prepaid Card, the "Youth Cultural Voucher-Bono Cultural" offered by the Government, and the "Shopping Cart Voucher - Bono Cesta" from the Valencian Government. These programs have led us to close the Correos year with 700,000 customers in only 6 months approximately.

As you know, we are in the final phase of the purchase, which is the "Change of Control" by the Bank of Spain. This process usually takes time, and once completed, the operation will be considered 100% finalized, allowing the integration of both companies and the official announcements in the media.
Rêv already has similar licenses in other countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Mexico... so we remain calm and optimistic.

Os pedimos disculpas por el aumento que hemos tenido estas últimas semanas en los fallos de las compras de cripto desde la app. Estamos investigando y trabajando con todos los recursos que tenemos para que vuelva a funcionar con normalidad lo antes posible.
➡️ LÍMITES OPERATIVA EN CRIPTO
Los límites operativos que tenemos actualmente en cripto están establecidos y autorizados por el SEPBLAC como medida antifraude, por lo que en principio no tenemos intención de ampliarlos, ya que no interfieren en la operativa normal que suelen tener nuestros usuarios en la app.

Esta rentabilidad la hemos conseguido en parte gracias al acuerdo que hicimos con Correos, con los que hemos trabajado en su propia Tarjeta Correos Prepago, en el “Bono Cultural Joven” ofrecido por el Gobierno y en el “Bono Cesta de la Compra” de la Generalitat Valenciana. Estos programas hacen que cerremos el año de Correos con 700mil clientes en tan solo 6 meses aproximadamente.

Como sabéis continuamos con el último paso de la compra que es el “Cambio de Control” por el Banco de España. Rêv ya tiene licencias similares en otros países como Emiratos Árabes, Australia, México… por lo que estamos tranquilos y positivos.

X World Wallet cuenta con un programa de lealtad en el que se acumulan puntos llamados “Puntos X” por hacer transacciones y después puedes canjearlos por cashbacks, descuentos o experiencias exclusivas.
Actualmente somos patrocinadores de grandes marcas en Estados Unidos y estamos negociando también aquí con diferentes marcas entre las que se encuentran plataformas de gaming, varias aerolíneas e importantes franquicias deportivas como por ejemplo el Real Madrid o La Liga de fútbol para estas experiencias exclusivas, por ejemplo que tu hijo salga de la mano de un jugador de fútbol en un partido determinado.
