So if you want to avoid this, follow these rules:
1️⃣ You can prep without rubberdam 😎
2️⃣ You can use thick membrane.
3️⃣ Use electric motor and low speed.
4️⃣ Use red or yellow diamond burs.
5️⃣ You can place wedge in some areas if you can reach them when you do your interproximal preparations
