Bayern are currently hesitating when it comes to contract talks with Leroy Sané. The reason is his big salary (up to €20m per year). At least one of the big earning wingers (Sané, Coman, Gnabry) is still expected to leave the club. From now on, the club would only pay salaries in the €20m region to players who consistently deliver top performances and are undisputed starters - which raises the question about Sané from Bayern's point of view

Bayern want to see consistent performances from Sané. Nevertheless, the people in charge have clearly noticed that Sané now fully identifies with the club and the team and is giving it his all.
