BankCEX Will Support the Fantom (FTM) Token Swap and Rebranding to Sonic (S)

Fellow BankCEX Members,

BankCEX will support the Fantom (FTM) token swap and rebranding to Sonic (S).

At 2025-01-13 03:00 (UTC), BankCEX will delist all existing FTM spot trading pair: FTM/USDT and cancel all pending FTM spot trading orders. At 2025-01-16 08:00 (UTC), BankCEX will open trading for the S/USDT trading pairs.

General
Deposits and Withdrawals

At 2025-12-26 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of FTM tokens will be suspended. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your FTM token deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.

Deposits of S tokens will be opened at 2025-01-16 07:00 (UTC).

BankCEX will make a separate announcement after the event is completed to notify users when withdrawals of S tokens have opened.

After the event is complete, withdrawals of FTM tokens will no longer be supported.

BankCEX will handle all technical requirements for users who are involved in this event.

Users may refer to the announcement from the project team for more information.

Please take note of these key tokenomics changes after this event:

Initial circulating supply of S will be around 2.88 billion, with an initial total supply of 3.175 billion, matching FTM's at Sonic chain launch.

Total supply of S:

Will increase and be capped at 15% until 2031 (excluding block rate rewards).

Annual inflation rate will be at 1.75%, four years after Sonic chain launch.

Risk warning banner and pop-up notification will be displayed on the BankCEX trading page after this event.

Token Swap and Rebranding
FTM tokens will assume the ticker of S on BankCEX.

All FTM tokens will be swapped to S at a ratio of 1 FTM = 1 S.

Spot
At 2025-01-13 03:00 (UTC), BankCEX will delist and cease trading on all spot trading pairs for FTM.

The exact trading pairs being removed are: FTM/USDT.

All trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases in each respective trading pair.

BankCEX will open trading for the S/USDT trading pair at 2025-01-16 08:00 (UTC).

Due to the shift in our BankCEX exchange’s market base from BANK to BNB, we are implementing the following changes:

BankCEX Will Support the Polygon (MATIC) Token Swap to Polygon (POL) on 2024-09-10

Fellow BankCEX Members,

At 2024-09-10 02:00 (UTC), BankCEX will delist all existing MATIC spot trading pairs: MATIC/USDT and MATIC/ETH.
BankCEX will open trading for the POL/ETH and POL/USDT trading pairs.​

At 2024-08-29 01:00 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of MATIC tokens on BEP20/ERC20 will be suspended.

Talentum (TAL) team did replace for all old token holders under the rate: 1 old token = 1 new token

When using Talentum (TAL) after this switch, please refer to the right smart contract Erc20 Talentum (TAL) in our exchange.
