Droplets farmers on Astroport/elsewhere during Phase 1 will secure their share of 10% of the total $DROP supply.

Phase 2 includes "at least two new dAssets" plus new ways to refer/participate for 5% of supply, culminating in TGE!

This proposal seeks approval for adjusting Astroport’s base liquidity pools to better align with ecosystem incentives and liquidity opportunities. Currently the $ASTRO - $USDC pool on Terra receives default incentives via vxASTRO to ensure liquidity for ASTRO buybacks. Specifically, this proposal will shift those incentives to the $ASTRO - $LUNA pool on Terra to take advantage of the Terra Liquidity Alliance.

The next phase in Astroport’s evolution is upon us; vxASTRO is now live, powering emissions voting on all outposts!

Astroport has reimagined vxASTRO, adapting to sustain a longer-term source of demand for passive liquidity, allowing chains, protocols, and groups to take the wheel.

You may now lock $xASTRO for vxASTRO to vote and direct $ASTRO rewards to specific pools across all 5 outposts, incentivising activity and liquidity growth throughout the ecosystems. vxASTRO may be unlocked at any time with a 2-week unlock period.

Initially, the subset of whitelisted pools will be small, but we expect that to change quickly. Any community, team, or individual can pay a 1500 $ASTRO fee to add their preferred pool. As long as it continues to receive enough votes, it will not need to be added again.
