تسعى منظمة بهار لجمع عروض من مزودي الخدمة المؤهلين لتوفير حقائب مدرسية للطلاب في منطقة إدلب ضمن اتفاقية إطارية
المناقصة مفتوحة للمكتبات المسجلة والمرخصة (يجب أن يكون الترخيص واضحاً واختصاصيا بالقرطاسية وليس عاماً)
