A major company needs Assistant / Deputy R & D Director
We are looking for qualified Assistant / Deputy R & D Director in the field of Wood Furniture and Interior Decoration to work with Us.
Responsibilities :
. Assist in managing the department
. Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes
. Create new product concepts and develop the current models
. Participate in creation of annual design direction development
. Actively research lifestyle trends.
. Participate in the implementation of annual visual calendar
. Work closely with projects clients to get a thorough understanding of what kind of product is needed.
. Identify opportunities of improvement and development
