Quote by Jeff Bezos, Amazon Founder:
*Stress doesn't come from hardwork. Stress primarily comes from not taking actions over things that you can have some control.*
*By taking some action, even if the problem is not solved, the fact that you addressed the problem will significantly reduce your stress.*

Start taking actions and contact us for any help/guidance. Tough time doesn't last, only tough people endure. And remember, stressed read backward is desserts.

It's my personal opinion that NTA will either extend the registration dates or it will change certificate rules.

But let's see not jump to conclusions and you guys try to apply for certification

Akshay Jain JEE Physics

04 Nov, 09:40

Also, students let me know if are eligible to apply for jee Main with your certificate give by state govt

Akshay Jain JEE Physics

04 Nov, 09:38

It has come to my notice that this year NTA has made it mandatory to submit caste certificate with Certificate ID, Issuance Date and name of Govt person (like tahsildar)with Signing authority.

This rule is different form past years.
So please hurry up and apply for a certificate if you don't have one..

NTA is doing it for first time.

In my opinion, it may reduce cut-offs because there are no options now.

The cut-offs for top 1000-2000 ranks will not be affected much. But after that cut-offs will reduce for 99 percentile. So, you can still expect similar number of 100 percentiles (it could be even more than this year ).

One added benefit is that you won't have to waste time in choosing questions because you have to do all.

Overall, it's not a critical news.
More questions leads to more panic and wastage of time.
So, I believe that it is a good news for all of us.

तैयारी में लगे रहो।

I clicked this photo in a room of hostel 6, IIT Bombay about 8 years ago. There is a quote written on the wall which is very inspiring. " Pain is temporary, but CPI (cgpa/ Marks/Rank) is forever." This is the time for everyone to double thier efforts and get the best out of these few months ahead. Ask yourself *Where do I want to see myself after 1year?* Boost your energy & start preparing keeping the final goal in mind. Tide & time doesn't wait for anyone. Whichever level you're at right now, you can significantly improve. You've our full support & blessings. Don't stop unless you achieve. All the best..... !!! 😀

Yes, the statements are correct from a psychological point of view. Here's a breakdown:

1. "No option, No action" leading to depression:
Lack of control and agency can contribute to feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, which are common symptoms of depression.

2. "Too many options, No action" leading to anxiety:
Overwhelming choices can lead to decision paralysis, causing anxiety and stress. This is known as "choice overload" or "analysis paralysis."

3. Taking action to avoid depression and anxiety:
Initiating action can help build momentum, increase motivation, and enhance self-efficacy, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety.

4. Consistent action:
Regular action, regardless of size, can help establish routines, build habits, and increase productivity, further reducing anxiety and depression.

These statements align with psychological principles like:

- Self-efficacy theory (Bandura, 1997)
- Learned helplessness theory (Seligman, 1975)
- Decision-making theories (e.g., choice overload, analysis paralysis)
- Behavioral activation principles (e.g., taking action to improve mental health)

Please note that while these statements have psychological basis, depression and anxiety are complex conditions requiring comprehensive treatment approaches.

"No option, No action " May lead to depression.

"Too many options, No action" May lead to Anxiety.

So, take action to avoid Depression and Anxiety.
Half of your problem will go away if you just start taking action. Small or big, we should act consistently.
