Customers connected to our network at 2947 BRADLEY STREET - Cogent Datacenter in Pasadena, Ca area may be experiencing periodic service disruptions. There is a HVAC issue on site due to wildfires in the area. The fire department will not allow access to the building at this time. There is no ETR. The master case is HD304552047" Customers connecting through Lumen in the Anaheim, CA area may be experiencing loss of network connectivity. The LEC is currently working to resolve the issue. There is no ETR at this time. The master case is HD304551598

This is currently being investigated by the Cogent NOC | Engineer(s) & has been isolated to a Core issue. There is no ETR at this time. The master case is HD304553038. Customers impacted due to services provided from the Cogent Data Center located at 2947 Bradley Street in Pasadena, Ca area may be experiencing service interruption. Government News has issued a state of emergency and thousands of people have been evacuated and also police are NOT allowing access for our Field technicians to attempt to resolve at this time. Cogent NOC is monitoring at this time. There is no ettr at this time. The master case is HD304552047. Customers in the Anaheim, Ca area may be experiencing an outage due to Lumen NNI 2/1/2 being down. We are pending there investigation. The master ticket for this outage is; HD304551598 Per Lumen they are seeing Port 4 from Cogent down/not plugged in. Pending Field tech re-dispatch to investigate on 1/8/25 to investigate from Lumen & Cogent.
