The reason why the bot isn't working at the moment seems to be a networking issue. I have contacted my hosting provider about it. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

There is a rather big update coming in the next few days! It will feature user statistics (matches won, cards played etc), crowd-sourced translation support and improved stability (lots of bad code re-written).
As soon as it's ready, I'll post a some info on how you can contribute translations for your language!

BTW, UNO Bot does not work with Windows Phone, because the Telegram version for Windows Phone keeps the first set of cards in cache. This is a bug on the client and I can't do anything to fix this.

I moved the bot to a different server and re-started it. Hopefully, that solves the problems.
