According to the offer documents filed with Sebi, the NSDL IPO is an entirely Offer for Sale of 5.72 crore equity shares.

Will be traveling till next Monday, so will be less active.

Also market environment is still dicy hardly momentum is coming in stocks. We need follow-up buying in breakout stocks to see strength. Until then it's good to be less invested and don't lose much.

We keep thinking we are taking small SLs but it becomes huge when we add them all. So stay light until we see a clear direction.

PREMIERENE gave 10% move. But it gapped up 3% so personally didn't bought as if you study few recent days breakout there are hardly any stock that sustains after big gap up. Also risk management was ruined. For me this is first priority If I can't put a proper Stop-Loss within 3-5% range I dont trade that stock. ✅

But many other people are showing their stock flying. Not many have traded it personally.
