• Management says the topline to remain in same level going ahead (may have modest growth) but margins to improve and sustain at ~19%.
• EBITDA margins in current Q down due to increase in steel prices. With new products coming in, the margins may improve beyond 19% as well (but still few quarters away). Topline may improve as well once new product sales take off.
• INR 2 Bn debt paid off in October and another INR 2.5 to be paid off in some months.
• Export as % of revenue has come down YoY. Currently at ~20-25% and comfortable till 35%.
• Overall demand stable, JJM plateauing but state level programs improving (for water)
• In international markets, may enter USA (tonnage will be modest but margins will be higher)
