ជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបសន្ទនាតាមទូរស័ព្ទប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម IWAYA Takeshi រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសជប៉ុន ដែលទើបទទួលបានការតែងតាំងថ្មី។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបតាមទូរស័ព្ទនេះ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអបអរសាទរជាថ្មីចំពោះការតែងតាំងរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម IWAYA Takeshi។

រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយអំពីទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគី និងបានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពយូរអង្វែង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពហុភាគី។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានអះអាងសាជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នា ក្នុងការពង្រឹងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលឹកពីការរួមចំណែកដ៏សំខាន់របស់ប្រទេសជប៉ុនក្នុងដំណើរការសន្តិភាព និងការកសាងឡើងវិញរបស់កម្ពុជា និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះប្រទេសជប៉ុនដែលបានបន្តផ្តល់ជំនួយគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គមរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តម IWAYA Takeshi បានសម្តែងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការជំរុញបន្ថែមទៀតនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អដែលមានស្រាប់ ក្នុងផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគ ការអប់រំ សុខាភិបាល ការពារជាតិ និងសន្តិសុខ ការសម្អាតមីន និងការតភ្ជាប់។

រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទាំងពីរក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាកង្វល់រួម។

On 21 October 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a productive telephone conversation with His Excellency IWAYA Takeshi, the newly appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan. During the call, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Ministerrenewed his congratulations on His Excellency IWAYA Takeshi’s appointment.  

The two Ministers engaged in a wide-ranging discussion on bilateral relations and expressed satisfaction with the progress of the enduring friendly relationship and multifaceted cooperation. Both sides reaffirmed their shared resolve to further strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.

The Deputy Prime Minister recalled Japan’s significant contribution to Cambodia’s peace and reconstruction processand expressed gratitude to Japan for continuous assistance in supporting Cambodia’s socio-economic development. His Excellency IWAYA Takeshi expressed his commitment to further promote the existing excellent cooperation including in trade and investment, education, health, defense and security, demining, and connectivity.

The two ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern.

On 18 October 2024, H.E. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. Jason Kalbfleisch, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the United States; Mr. Hyunsoo Kim, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea; and Mr. Nagase Kensuke, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia at the Ministry. During the meeting, both parties talked about the possibility of enhancing their collaboration in the fight against money laundering and the execution of UN Security Council resolutions pertaining to the financing of the spread of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម មាស គឹមហេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តជាតិ និងជានាយកគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងមូលនិធិពិសេសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរក្រសួងស្តីពី «ការអនុវត្តគម្រោងនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងឆ្នាំ២០២៤» ជាមួយតំណាងដែលជាភ្នាក់ងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងចំនួន០៧ក្រសួង/ស្ថាប័ន ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមមូលនិធិពិសេសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។

កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ព្រមទាំងផ្តោតសំខាន់លើនីតិវិធីរួមបច្ចុប្បន្នកម្មសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តគម្រោង ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការពីដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងស្របតាមនីតិវិធីលទ្ធកម្ម ដែលជាភាពចាំបាច់ក្នុងការធានានូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង សង្គតិភាពនៃបទដ្ឋាន ការកំណត់នូវតួនាទី ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងគណនេយ្យភាពរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារអនុវត្តគម្រោង។

On 18 October 2024, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Project Manager of the Project Management Unit for the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund, chaired an inter-ministerial meeting on “Project Implementation of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation 2024” with representatives from the implementing agencies of 7 line ministries and institutions involved in the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund 2024, at the Ministry.

The meeting discussed the progress of Mekong-Lancang cooperation and focused on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in accordance with the Procurement Manual which is essential to ensure the effectiveness of project implementation, consistency of standards, the roles and responsibilities, and accountability of the implementing agencies.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ​២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម លីម ប៊ុនហុក រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួង​ការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បាន​ទទួលជួប​ពិភាក្សាការងារ​ជាមួយ​លោក Edgar DOERIG តំណាងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនី (OIF) ប្រចាំតំបន់អាស៊ី-ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។

ជំនួបខាងលើនេះ បាន​ផ្តោត​លើការចូលរួម​របស់​កម្ពុជាក្នុង​កិច្ច​ប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី១៩ នៅប្រទេសបារាំងកន្លងទៅ និងការ​ត្រៀមរៀបចំ​កិច្ច​ប្រជុំកំពូលហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនី​លើកទី២០ នៅកម្ពុជា​ នៅឆ្នាំ​២០២៦។ គម្រោងដែលត្រូវបានអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ OIF នៅកម្ពុជា មានចំនួនច្រើនជាងគម្រោងដែលបានអនុវត្តនៅប្រទេសសមាជិកផ្សេងទៀត។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា មានតែកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះជាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ ដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសសម្រាប់គម្រោងទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើតការងារដើម្បីជួយក្រុមប្រជាជនងាយរងគ្រោះដូចជា ស្ត្រី និងយុវជនដែលនៅទីជនបទ។ បន្ថែមពីនោះ ក៏មានការពិភាក្សាអំពីការបង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតំបន់សម្រាប់ភាសា និងវប្បធម៌បារាំងផងដែរ។

Le 18 octobre 2024, Son Excellence Lim Bunhok, Secrétaire d'État du ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, a reçu M. Edgar Doerig, Représentant de l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) pour l’Asie et le Pacifique.

Cette réunion a porté sur la participation du Cambodge au 19ème Sommet de la Francophonie qui s'est tenu en France, ainsi que sur la préparation du 20ème Sommet de la Francophonie qui aura lieu au Cambodge en 2026. Le nombre de projets mis en œuvre par l’OIF au Cambodge est plus important que ceux attribués à d'autres pays membres. Il est à noter que dans la région, seul le Cambodge a été sélectionné pour le projet de tourisme durable dont l’objectif est de créer des emplois en particulier pour une population défavorisée tels que les femmes et les jeunes dans les zones rurales. La création du Centre régional pour la langue et la culture française a été également un sujet abordé.

On 18 October 2024, His Excellency Lim Bunhok, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Edgar Doerig, Representative of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) for the Asia-Pacific region.

The meeting focused on Cambodia's participation in the 19th Francophonie Summit held in France, as well as the preparations for the 20th Francophonie Summit to be held in Cambodia in 2026. The number of projects implemented by the OIF in Cambodia is greater than those allocated to other member countries. It is noteworthy that in the region, only Cambodia has been selected for the sustainable tourism project, which aims to create jobs particularly for vulnerable group such as women and youth in rural areas. The creation of a regional center for the French language and culture was also discussed.
