✨*Following the recent share price retracement, it is currently trading at 14x 2025F PE* considering that its multiple growth pillars include:
a) The direct beneficiary of the burgeoning DC industry in Malaysia. *Based on our channel checks, the estimated cost of IT equipment per megawatt (MW) is RM40m to RM50m*, including networking, storage, and servers. With about 200 MW of colocation data centres under construction, this represents a TAM of approximately RM10b.
b) Accelerated *adoption of Starlink* in Malaysia.
c) *Increased demand for VMware* in tandem with the growing server demand due to the DC boom in Malaysia (VSTECS hold 100% market share in Malaysia).
d) *Rollout of AI PCs* in the 2H24.
