One of the best things for me was that my parents were able to be there, as the book is dedicated to them. I wouldn't be doing any of this had it not been for their unwavering belief in me, and the fact that they instilled the values I defend in my work. Here's me with my beautiful mum.

The reception for the launch of my book was held in central London on Thursday evening and it was a really special event. It meant so much to have all those fantastic people gathered in such a beautiful setting to celebrate cartoons and freedom of expression. It was a lot of work putting the book together, and I had a lot to learn. I couldn't have done it without Tania Edwards, who helped in so many ways, not least with making sure the written part was well worth reading. I'm also very grateful to Nicholas Monson, who made the launch event possible.
