👽 Aliens 👽
We as a board have made an executive decision to pull half of the funds from the liquidity pool of each chain (ETH and BSC). We've done this for a few reasons:
1. Part of the requirements for standing up the AlienForm company in Switzerland is that we must put forward a little over 110,000 CHF (~$120,000 USD) and place it in our company multi-sig wallet. We will convert a portion of the liquidity into enough USDT to cover our remaining balance for this (around 55,000 CHF). After the Swiss officials have confirmed that we have fulfilled our obligation, we can consolidate these funds into one wallet, and begin using them towards further development of the project. This will all happen on chain, so anyone can verify for themselves that we aren't just pocketing this money.
2. To piggyback off of the above, we told you all already that we have some unrevealed plans in the works. We've been testing some things the last few weeks, and have seen promising results. However, this endeavour requires a sizeable down payment to begin actual development. Therefore, we will be using ~$30,000 in the near future to kickstart that development.
3. Since trading volume of A4M has been low, we haven't collected much revenue from taxes. Rather than altering the tax percentages, we will replenish our marketing/development reserves with funds from liquidity. As always, all expenses will be reflected in our monthly financial reports for all to see.
4. Lastly, while our token's price has been relatively stable since our launch due to our impressive liquidity-to-MCap ratio, this isn't what we strived for. We know everyone here wants to make money, and having less liquidity will allow buys to have a larger effect on price movement. In turn, this will mean sells will also have a larger impact, but we have seen hardly any selling pressure since our launch, so we believe an uptrend is more likely since our utilities are now beginning to roll out. We will also still have the built-in price impact protection of Uniswap and Pancakeswap to deter any large dumps.
If you have any questions, we'll be more than happy to answer them. At the end of the day, every decision we have made up to this point has been what's best for the community and project. We will continue to do what's necessary to see your bags grow, and the project to keep running strong!
