Sri Lakshmi Narasimha, Antarvedi

Lord Narasimha appeared at Antarvedi on the request of Sage Vasishtha and killed Raktavilochana, the son of Hiranyaksha. Indra's son also got relieved of his aparadha for stealing the flowers at this place. The river which flew from the blood of Raktavilochana came to be known as Raktakulya River. Kurma Avatara also appeared there to be worshiped by the devotees.
